A cosy 3 bedroom house in Stockton on Tees, close to University Hospital North Tees.

On entry is a hallway with door through to a spacious lounge/dining room. At the end of the hall way is the kitchen with oven & hob, washing machine, fridge freezer and general appliances and back door to rear garden. Also on the ground floor are two storage cupboards and a w/c.

On the first floor are 3 double bedrooms with wardrobes and drawers and a family bathroom with bath, shower overhead, sink and toilet.

Externally, there is a front grassed garden and a rear secure garden with plants and bushes.

Parking is available on street and outside of the garage.

Third time lucky

Unfortunately, the property we booked was cancelled 2 weeks before we were due to arrive. The local agent offered us 3 alternatives and we quickly chose one. Unfortunately on arrival this property was not fit to stay in, the heating had been decommissioned. The local agent had not been to the property before we arrived. Finally we were moved to another property further away which was very nice and served our needs. But all this was very stressful.
