It is very accessible from both the A1 and A19 with easy access to Durham, the Yorkshire Moors and Dales, Northumberland and the surrounding areas. Excellent Accomodation.

Has everthing you need , tea , coffe sugar , some condiments in the kitchen area. Great new kitchen and Bathroom , big bath and over bath shower., even shampoo and bath bubbles. Lovley soft beds and bedding. Spotless. Great location.

The right choice

The property is excellent! A huge, private garden which gets a lot of sun. Inside the property was very clean (we'd had some anxiety as we were visiting during concern about Covid 19) with all amenities. The location is great - a 15/20 min walk into Sedgefield and a good base for many attractions. The owners were unobtrusive but certainly friendly and on hand if needed. Very disappointed we didn't book for longer!
