Excellent location

The pictures dont do this property justice. Its alot bigger, has everything you need and the location is fab. 5 mins to supermarket and 10 to sea front and beach.

Wonderful winter break

The property is well located, very clean, and had everything needed. Alexis the manager is very helpful and even offered to change my mattress as I found it a little hard. He returned with a topper. We could not have asked for more. Thank you Sandra

Excellent villa in a good location for playa blanca old town and no need to hire a car

I would make one constructive criticism and that a small moveable outside table is needed, otherwise all was perfect for us. Alexis responded immediately to a problem we had locating the safe, the problem being that the literature in the villa related to villaplus and not the new owner.

Lovely villa in the perfect location

Alexis was excellent throughout the booking process and was always quick to respond to any questions. The villa was well maintained and the pool heated, there is a pool table and table tennis table outside

Nous sommes de grands habitués de Playa Blanca et avons séjourné dans plusieurs villas et appartements et, une fois de plus, nous ne sommes pas déçus! + La propreté, la piscine chauffée, belle et agréable terrasse, coin salon confortable. - La pression très faible de la douche, Le temps que met l'eau chaude à arriver et le trop peu pour 6 personnes. La taille des lits, bien que confortable est un peu juste pour les grands.

Fantastic stay in wonderful villa - perfect for family

Amazing property, centrally located within easy walk of all amenities. Super pool, table tennis and pool table to keep us all active. Fab barbecue ideal for cooking dinners. All the comforts of home and plenty of room for relaxing and sunbathing. Will definitely book again.

Villa Iko

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Villa Iko, the villa is very clean and comfortable and set in a nice quiet area just 10- 12 minute walk from all the shops bars and restaurants of Playa Blanca. The 10 x 4 metre pool is heated and the roman steps make for easy access and there are 6 sun beds. The tv can get a couple of UK channels for those who want to keep up with home. Alexis was always very helpful and our only problem was the long wait for the shower water to get hot. Overall, we would recommend for all ages.

Fantastic villa in excellent location

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this beautiful villa. The villa had excellent amenities, was spacious and in a fantastic location close enough to local restaurants and beaches. Would highly recommend! The pool was great too.

Good location

The villa was nice and spacious and in a lovely quiet location. We were very comfortable in it and appreciated the little touches like plenty of towels, coffee machine and ice in the freezer. I've marked it down for communication as whilst it was really great in advance, we were given the wrong code for the key. It was very frustrating to be stood on the road in the heat trying to get in. Fortunately one of our group was able to get the code after 30 mins of guessing. We had some maintenance issues but these were fixed quickly once they were reported. The location is great as it's a short walk to the shops and restaurants.

Great stay 👍🏻

We have just returned from a week in Playa Blanca. The Villa was perfect, great location, clean tidy and very spacious. Alexis the owner communicated with us via email and meet us on arrival. He explained the alarm and locking procedure , how to use the satellite system and WiFi. He was superb as an owner. I would highly recommend staying here
