The property has two bedrooms sleeping four guests, including a king-size with a freestanding bath and a ground-floor double, served by a ground-floor shower room and a first-floor cloakroom. There is also a kitchen with dining seating for two, a living/dining room with a woodburning stove and a first-floor snug with a sofa bed. Outside is a rear enclosed courtyard with furniture, a hot tub and a barbecue, as well as ample off-road parking. Little Barn is a superb choice for a couples' escape to Yorkshire.
Amenities: Gas central heating and woodburning stove. Electric oven and induction hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, washing machine, tumble dryer, dishwasher. TV, DVD player, and WiFi. Fuel and power inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Travel cot, highchair and stairgate available on request. Off-road parking for three cars. Rear enclosed courtyard with furniture, barbecue and hot tub. Sorry, no pets and no smoking. Shop 1.4 miles, pub 1.2 miles. Note: Logs for woodburner not included but can be purchased on site.
