Lovely cottage whic has beenbeautifully renovated, nice and cosy. Some thoughtfulextras for us and our dog when we arrived. In a great location to explore both Leeds and the surrounding area.
The cottage is small but perfect. Situated in a pretty village with plenty of places to eat and it is within reach of lots of amazing places. The welcome pack meant that we had bread, butter and milk so no need to dash to the shops when we arrived. Our dog loved it too.
Lovely place to stay!
Tipsy Cottage was very clean and comfortable. Very well equipped and lots of food & a bottle of wine for us. We could take our dogs and the back garden was very secure. We were very interested in the renovations photo book..what a transformation!
I would highly recommend Tipsy Cottage and it’s lovely owners.
Thanks for a great stay x

Hi Karen,
Thank you, we are really glad you enjoyed your stay at Tipsy Cottage. Thank you for leaving it so clean and tidy.
Come again x
Thank you so much for the welcome pack.Fabulous enclosed yard for our two elderly dogs and extra reassurance with the extra gate as was worried being near a main road but nothing to be worried about.Washing machine was a great added bonus. Loved the quirky mice and clogs. My daughter loved the bunk beds.Beds were very comfortable and the bedding and towels smelt lovely. Nice touch with the dog blankets. Would definitely stay again. The chippy was good in the village and lovely staff. The tea rooms were also lovely. Sad we didn’t get to explore the area more as we were at a wedding at Bolton and Embsay railway. We did have a little potter around the village Saturday morning and fabulous amenities. Communication was great and quick responses with the owners. Loved the fabulous artwork in the house as well. You’re very talented Louise.
