Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt in Pescara sehr genossen. In unmittelbarer Nähe finden sich Supermärkte, Essenslokale und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Der Strand ist mit ein paar Schritten zu erreichen. Die Wohnung ist groß, alles was benötigt wird, ist vorhanden. Ein Balkon ist leider nicht dabei, aber man kann im Hof sitzen. Die Wohnung befindet sich im Erdgeschoss eines Mehrparteienhauses, die Bewohner sind sehr nett. Parkplätze findet man mit Geduld in der Nähe der Unterkunft.

Tolle Lage für einen schönen Urlaub

Jede Frage wurde bestens beantwortet von Marco. Die Wohnung ist genau wie auf den Bildern zu sehen. Es gab weiche Handtücher und die Klimaanlagen funktionierten super. Wir waren mit 6 Personen in der Wohnung. Empfehlen selbst würde ich die Wohnung jedoch nur für 2 Erwachsene und max. 3 Kinder oder 4 Erwachsene. Der Essenstisch ist ansonsten etwas klein. (Uns hat dies aber nicht gestört!) Die Schlafcouch oben auf der Empore ist nicht wirklich bequem und als Erwachsener reicht das für eine Nacht. Die Schlafcouch unten ist da schon besser, jedoch auch nicht ideal, da bei aufgeklappter Funktion alle drum rum sich quetschen müssen. Die Küche war typisch italienisch eingerichtet. Besteck gab es nur für jede Person 1x und ein paar Müslischalen wären toll gewesen. Zur Ankunft gab es nur eine Tasse für 6 Personen, hier aber ein großes Lob an Marco, weil er sofort am nächsten Tag 6 Espressotassen und 6 größere Tassen brachte. Die größeren Tassen waren auch gleichzeitig unsere Müslischalen. Empfehlen würde ich zum Kochen einen Meßbecher, Handmixer, Schneebesen und Besteck mit zu bringen. Wer mal einen Auflauf machen möchte, hier an die Form denken. Ansonsten gibt es in der Küche ausreichen Töpfe und Pfannen, nicht die schönsten, aber ausreichend. Das Bad hatte einen sehr guten Haarfön und sogar Seife, Desinfektionsmittel und eine Klorolle gab es bei der Anreise. Punkt 1, welcher uns nicht gefallen hat: Im Bad ist die Dusche,Duschkopf nicht gut gewählt. Es gab an der Wand schwarzen Schimmel und direkt am Fenster sind durch die Feuchtigkeit und Schimmel, Fliesen ausgefallen. Dieser Schaden sollte dringend gemacht werden, da schwarzer Schimmel Gesundheitsschadend sind. Der 2. Punkt welcher nicht so schön war, waren die Mosquitonetze. Es sind tolle rollnetze, welche eigentlich das Fenster super verschließen. Jedoch sind sie nicht mehr richtig intakt und waren mit ein wenig Einfallsreichtum provisorisch repariert und wir hatten dadurch kaum Tigermücken in der Wohnung. Die sich durch die Tür rein geschlichen hatten wurden mit einer Mitgebrachten Fliegenklatsche erledigt. Von der Wohnung aus ist man in nur 2 Minuten am kostenpflichtigen Strand. Der kostenfreie Strand ist nur 14 Min zu Fuß entfernt. Vom Strand nach rechts oder links super und Strandmuschel geeignet.Die Promenade am Strand ist auch zum schlendern und Essen perfekt. Wenn der Schimmel mal behoben ist, kann ich guten Gewissens diese Wohnung weiter empfehlen. Danke Marco und haben uns wohl gefühlt.
