Villa Stella is located in the heart of the Tuscan Maremma and overlooks the most beautiful sea of Argentario, in the bay of Cala del Gesso.
The Villa is completely independent surrounded by a beautiful garden overlooking the sea, with olive trees and Mediterranean scrub. The villa is located within the condominium of Cala del Gesso and from the house you can walk down to the sea with a pedestrian path of about 700m and a drop of 140m.
The beach is free (without establishments) and with a beach of sand, small gravel and rocks. The sea is beautiful and offers the possibility to snorkel or simply swim in one of the most beautiful stretches of sea in Tuscany.
Villa Stella is perfect for those who want to enjoy a relaxing vacation, surrounded by nature, with a view of the sea horizon and the contemplation of spectacular sunsets over the Tuscan Archipelago.
PLEASE NOTE: guests are asked to pay cash on arrival an extra cost for delivery and final cleaning equivalent to € 190 plus € 10 for linen for each guest.
Villa Stella is complete with wi-fi and everything you need for a pleasant vacation including air conditioning and other appliances such as washing machine and dishwasher. The stone and glass architecture, the wooden fixtures and the choice of antique and deco furniture make Villa Stella a pleasant and beautiful home.

From Villa Stella it is also possible to reach by car (always about 20/30 minutes) the beautiful sandy beaches of Feniglia and Giannella where you will find both pleasant establishments, stretches of free beach and the possibility of taking long walks in the pine forest by bicycle or on foot.
From the Villa, in addition to enjoying the beautiful Tuscan coast, with beaches, coves and bays, you can visit the most beautiful Tuscan villages such as Magliano, Capalbio, Talamone. By car or train you can also reach other famous Tuscan cities that can not be missed such as Florence, Siena, Pisa, Grosseto. Not to be overlooked is the possibility of reaching the beautiful spas and the ancient villages full of history of the Val d'Orcia (San Gimignano, Montalcino, San Quilico, etc.).

Vue imprenable sur la mer

Maison de campagne rustique en bord de mer. Le confort est sommaire mais la maison idealement située : la cala del Gesso est accessible a pied. Prevoir d y aller tot le matin ou en fin de journee. Une maison qui a son charme. Merci a Fiorella et Isabella pour leur acceuil et leur disponibilité.

Natur und Sonnenuntergänge

Die Vermieterin ist sehr zuverlässig und besorgt dass man sich wohlfühlt. Das Haus ist einfach aber liebevoll eingerichtet, alles hat funktioniert und wenn etwas nicht funktioniert war eine whats app Nachricht genügend und es wurde gesorgt. Die Aussicht vom Sitzplatz ist fantastisch und in der Nähe ein kleiner Strand. Wenn man mal ausspannen will und Digital detox machen will ist man da richtig. Einzig, es gibt viele Mücken. Einkaufsmöglichkeit gibts nicht um die Ecke. Dafür viel Natur und Ruhe. Für die Kinder waren die Kletterolivenbäume im Garten das tollste.

La casa tra gli ulivi

Ottima casa, per posizione e ambienti e per chi cerca la vicinanza al mare e alla natura. Porto Santo Stefano è a 10 minuti di auto e il sentiero che da casa scende a Cala del Gesso non è sicuramente comodo per anziani e disabili, la spiaggia è piccolina e di sassi, perciò partire presto in alta stagione. Ovviamente ho trovato tutto quello che cercavo e tornerei domani! La consiglio a tutti quelli che cercano questo tipo di vacanza :-)

Wir haben letzte Woche unseren Urlaub in dem Ferienhaus verbracht. Es war sehr schön und auch so, wie versprochen. Wir haben jeden Abend den Sonnenuntergang genossen.
