Objekt war bei Check in nicht sauber. Es kam aber am 2. Tag ein Putztrupp und führte eine Grundreinigung durch. Leider leben auch Tiere unterm Dach die die halbe Nacht Lärm verursachen.

Good evening! We are sorry that we were not able to fully meet your expectations. However, we would like to clarify that the house had already been properly cleaned and prepared before your arrival. Three hours after your check-in, our on-site team attended the property following a phone call from you reporting certain complaints. Although the situation was not found to be as unsatisfactory as described, our team, as you also mentioned, still took immediate action to address your requests. Setting all discussions aside, there is a significant difference between a house that has not been cleaned at all and some details that may be perceived differently on a subjective basis. In any case, thank you for your feedback!

Geweldige vakantievilla op toplocatie

Cascina Sofia is een zeer mooie vakantievilla. Deze villa ligt in een zeer rustige omgeving maar toch dichtbij alle noodzakelijke voorzieningen, zoals supermarkten en restaurants. Deze villa ligt op een heuvel tussen de wijngaarden met een wijds uitzicht. Grote steden zoals Turijn, Milaan, Genua en zelfs Monaco liggen op acceptabele afstand en zijn goed te bereiken. Andrea en zijn team zijn geweldige gastheren op wie je nooit tevergeefs een beroep kunt doen.

La casa è comoda e come nella descrizione. E posizionata in mezzo alle vigne e a pochi minuti da Nizza Monferrato. Andrea è molto accogliente e a disposizione degl’ospiti.
