Mill Farm - The Farmhouse is a fantastic detached house resting in the village of Milton, near Repton in Derbyshire. Hosting five bedrooms, including two king-size, a double, a second-floor double and a second-floor twin, along with a shower room and a bathroom, this property can sleep up to ten guests. There is also a kitchen with breakfast area and woodburning stove, a living/dining room, a sitting room with woodburning stove and a first-floor snooker room with a bar. Outside there is off-road parking for up to seven cars as well as a large garden with extensive lawns, woodland, summerhouse, decking with a hot tub and a patio with dining furniture. Mill Farm - The Farmhouse is a wondrous setting for a family holiday to Derbyshire.
Amenities: Oil central heating with a woodburning stove and a gas effect woodburning stove. AGA range, electric oven, electric hob, microwave, fridge freezer, dishwasher, 3 x TV's, WiFi, snooker table, and a chest with books and games. Fuel, power and fuel for stoves inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Travel cot and highchair available. Off-road parking for up to seven cars. Large garden with lawns, trampoline, woodland, summerhouse, decking with hot tub, patio with furniture. Three well-behaved pets welcome. Sorry, no smoking. Shop 1.3 miles, pub 0.1 miles. Note: Low doorway and gutter from the snooker room to the hot tub area. Note: The steps from the driveway and patio up to the hot tub area can be slippy in wet weather, please take care. Note: Decking area around hot tub can become slippy when wet, care to be taken. Note: Plastic glasses will be provided for the hot tub area.

This charming village sitting on the south side of the River Trent lies near to the National Trust's Calk Abbey as well as the East Midlands Airport, with three pubs, an Indian restaurant and a local SPAR shop for all your essentials. Plenty of excellent walking can be found in the area, as well as Foremark Reservoir, home to the Burton Sailing Club and Foremark Fishery.
