About this property

Our big family or small group apartment, respectively. Here you find six beds in three sleeping rooms. The apartment is in the first floor and features a very large terrace (40m²). Two sleeping rooms and the salon possess sliding doors towards the terrace, the third sleeping room faces the inner patio.
Open kitchen with bar, fully equipped with electric kettle, microwave, hot plates, toaster, coffee machine. Apartment with A/C, heating elements in all rooms including the bath, international cable-TV (Flatscreen), eating table, washing machine, iron.
Villa Carabeo Playa features six apartments, all individually furnished in Andalusian style.

The house is over 100 years old, being in the former fisherman street of Nerja in the first row to the sea, Calle Carabeo.

In 2001 it was reformed into a holiday home, with the last renovation being carried out in 2015. On the roof you will find a beautiful and spacious pool terrace, offering stunning views of the nearby sea and the mountains.

We provide apartments with 1, 2, and 3 bedrooms and all are equipped with kitchen, international cable TV, free high-speed WiFi, A/C as well as central heating.

It was really comfortable.

The roof terasase is great!! The Appartment was very Clean and even cleaned once per week.. Frank and His stuff cared for everything!
