Pretty village house in the heart of the Champenois vineyard for 9 people.
This house has a private garden, an outdoor terrace with garden furniture, lounge and barbecue where it will be good to take meals in peace; as well as a pergola with SPA 5 people.
The house consists on the ground floor of a living room with flat screen and garden view, a large open kitchen with American fridge, multicooker, Nespresso coffee machine and all the comforts for cooking, a shower room Italian style and WC; upstairs two bedrooms with a bed of 160x200 (Simba mattress) one has a flat screen, a room with a bed of 90x190 and two electric beds of 80x200 and a flat screen; a bathroom with walk-in shower, bath, towel dryer and storage, a toilet, and a large closet.
Adjoining the house is a studio consisting of a bedroom with a 160x200 electric bed, a flat screen, a small table and stool for dining, a walk-in shower room with WC, and a kitchenette with fridge. microwave and hob.
The basement is converted into a relaxation room with infrared sauna, a playroom for children and a room for teens and parents with flat screen TV, games console, table football and bar.
Closed garage and possibility of parking a vehicle in front of the house, free parking nearby.
Beds are made on arrival, towels are provided.
To welcome you, we offer you a bottle of Champagne from our production, fresh and ready to be tasted.

Beautiful, well-equipped house close to numerous Champagne houses
Our experience at the property was extremely positive. It was presented in immaculate condition, and extremely well equipped for a group (3 bedrooms, fully-stocked kitchen, games and play rooms with activities for kids, 5-seater spa, large backyard with outdoor dining and BBQ). A nice touch was having locally-made Champagne available for purchase within the property itself - very convenient! The property is walking distance to many of the smaller Champagne houses located in the town.
