Zentral gelegen, gut ausgestattet. Den SchlĂŒssel anderswo abzuholen, ist bei dichtem Stadtverkehr etwas nervig, aber nicht schlimm. Im Haus gegenĂŒber kann man ĂŒbrigens auch ParkplĂ€tze mieten (15€/Tag), was die "Logistik erleichtert.

Check-In Was a DISASTER!!!

The host never responded to our MANY texts asking for check in instructions!!! They DO NOT respond to messages sent to them via the VRBO app!!! Their check in instructions were sent ONE DAY after our reservation!!! We almost had to pay for a hotel!!! We were fortunate enough to meet a longtime apartment owner who helped us communicate with host and drive us to another location to pick up the key!!! The apartment is spotless, well located and lovely but if their reservation staff is ridiculously inefficient.

Alles in Ordnung, alles Nötige vorhanden, schönes Bad, sehr gute Lage zwischen Zoo, Naturkundemuseum und Innenstadt, Straßenbahn vor der HaustĂŒr und um die Ecke. Nur fĂŒr Empfindliche ist die Lage an der Straße vielleicht gewöhnungsbedĂŒrftig. FĂŒr uns war der LĂ€rmschutz ausreichend.

Dieses Appartement hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Es ist sauber, hell und wunderschön möbelliert. Die Möbellierung passt super zur Art des GebĂ€udes und hat einen Schlosscharakter. Die Innenstadt, der Hbf und der unglaublich schöne Zoo sind in wenigen Minuten zu Fuß zu erreichen. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Von Vorteil ist die zentrale Lage. Dank der Öffis, kommt man auch ohne Auto weit. Das Apartement ist sehr groß und mit allem Nötigen ausgestattet. Die Abholung des SchlĂŒsses lief, nach Anleitung per E-Mail, ohne Probleme. Es ist sauber und in den Betten, findet man (trotz StraßengerĂ€uschen) gut in den Schlaf. Wir kommen gerne wieder :-)

Insgesamt gesehen eine schöne Unterkunft, zentral gelegen, alles fußlĂ€ufig oder mit der Straßbahn eb

S.o., allerdings stand am ersten Tag, das Bad komplett unter Wasser, da der Abfluss mit alten Haaren total verstopft war. Diesen Umstand haben wir bereits am 12.03. per Email geschildert. Bis heute haben wir keinerlei Reaktion bzw. RĂŒckantwort erhalten.

Very convenient

The property is very nice, and the location excellent, very close to the old town. A couple of niggles about the property itself - such as only 1 beside table and lamp in the main bedroom. Bathroom is perfect. The only downside it getting the key from a completely different address. Awkward dragging suitcases from the station, and hopeless if you arrive by taxi. But it does at least mean you can arrive when you like and not worry about delayed flights or anything.
