Haus Sonne is a centrally located spa architecture house and, with its three holiday apartments in three different sizes and equipment, offers the right accommodation for every guest.

All apartments have a balcony where you can breathe the Rügen sea air and eat your breakfast outdoors. The beach is only 1 km away and can be easily reached on foot. Wilhelmstrasse, which is full of shops and leads to the pier, is also only a few minutes' walk from Haus Sonne.

There is also a bus stop in front of the house - you can explore the area by bus. Bicycle rentals can also be reached on foot in a few minutes, and Rasende Roland stops in Sellin - nothing stands in the way of excursions.

A washing machine, grill, detergent, vacuum cleaner etc. can also be provided to all guests. Pets are welcome with us by prior arrangement.

Tolle Unterkunft

Die großzügige und helle Ferienwohnung liegt im Dachgeschoss. Der Balkon erstreckt sich über die gesamte Wohnungsbreite und ist von beiden Schlafzimmer sowie dem Wohn-/Essbereich begehbar. Endlich mal eine Ferienwohnung mit einer vernünftigen Ausstattung der Küche, großem Esstisch sowohl in der Wohnung als auch auf dem Balkon sowie einer großzügigen Couch. Tolles Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Eine schöne geräumige Wohnung

Wir haben uns rundum wohlgefühlt! Die Wohnung hat alles was man braucht. Vor allem haben uns die großen hellen Räume gefallen. Auch die separate Toilette war sehr praktisch. Der Balkon ist auch toll. Die Matratzen relativ hart und Nachts etwas unruhig auf der Straße und da die Schlafzimmer zur Straßenseite liegen, war das für uns ein Grund die Fenster zu der Seite zu zu lassen. Wir sind aber auch Ruhe gewöhnt, daher ist das kein Kritikpunkt, der die Wohnung abwerten soll. Wir hatten eine super Sonnenwoche mit knapp 30 Grad. Daher ein Mega Strandurlaub! Die Bäderbahn fährt einen direkt vor der Haustür zum tollen Südstrand (mit schönem Hundestrand) oder zum rasenden Roland an den Bahnhof. Ein Edeka ist auch nicht weit und die Bäckerei liegt an der nächsten Straßenecke! Essengehen in der Wilhelmstraße war auch fußläufig schnell erreichbar! Wir waren mit Hund im Urlaub. Alles total entspannt in Sellin! Der Wald liegt direkt hinterm Haus. Da stand dem morgendlichen Spaziergang nichts im Wege! Wenn man will sogar bis zum Jagdschloss. Parkplatz direkt vor der Tür! Die obere Etage komplett für sich! Klare Weiterempfehlung!
