Our modern Family Studios feature a fully equipped kitchen, dining table, flat screen TV, free Wifi and private en-suite shower room.
Guests are welcome to use the laundry room facilities which include washing machines, tumble dryers, irons and ironing boards.
Warning: High bunk bed - Not suitable for young children.
Fox House Studios is an Apartment Hotel located in the heart of Plymouth's Ocean City, offering 41 self-contained Studio Apartments, perfect for Solo travellers, Couples, Adventurers, Business Travellers, Theatre Production Teams, or Families alike.

Each Studio Apartment comes with a Bed with fresh linen and towels, a fully equipped kitchen area with a fridge/freezer, cooker and microwave, and an en-suite shower room. Complete with a dining area, wardrobe, TV, hairdryer, Tea and Coffee facilities, a toaster, and free WiFi.

Extended-stays and Long-stay corporate lets are welcome. TO BOOK, please contact us via email or call us to discuss our highly competitive direct rates.

We have a Cot and Highchair available upon request. These are subject to availability and need to be requested in advance.
Please note that *Bedding and Linen for the cots are not provided.

We have a guest laundry room on the ground floor with access to washing machines and dryers for a small fee, as well as irons and ironing boards.

You will be asked to provide card details for security purposes and may be asked to pre-authorise a 100 GBP security deposit.

We manage all of our properties contactless, using a self-check-in system during the week.

It was an excellent stay for me and very refreshing.

The welcome from my long night journey from London was so encouraging. All the staff were so supportive. Room was clean and comfortable. Wi-fi was very good. Location center to all my holiday points including the drake circus shopping mall and the Catholic church and my Alumni University of Plymouth.

Excellent value - rooms really nice and modern and clean

Overnight stay for 2 x families (2 adults with teenager each family). The room with 2 double beds was excellent, spacious and bright. The smaller room with mezzanine bed was lovely but not as spacious- however would still recommend for an overnight or couple of night stay.

Great location, room and excellent breakfast

We received a very warm and friendly welcome from the lady on reception. We he room was a good size, comfy bed and they very kindly made my son a pot of hot chocolate as there wasn’t a sachet in the room. Breakfast was a great choice with fruit, toast, cereal and a choice of cooked breakfasts. Location is great, just a 10 min walk to the Barbican.

Smart, comfortable with helpful staff.

The accommodation was smaller than photos indicated but still sufficient for myself and my two children. The cooking facilities could do with some instructions for those who I have only ever used gas like myself, but the staff are approachable and helpful I would easily recommend to others.

Just what we needed.

The apartment had everything we needed and were clean and comfortable. Staff were very helpful and friendly, kind and considerate. We had a late arrival on the Friday night and the night porter was ready and waiting for us to guide us to our parking spot. During our visit, one of our members required an ambulance and we needed to stay longer. Cody couldn't have been more understanding and helpful taking some of the stress out of the situation.

It was a warm clean accomodation, we enjoyed it in general.

In general it was good, location, hotel and facilities, excellent kitchen. However someone played music very loud on Saturday night until 5 am Sunday morning. Perhaps hotel can include in their rules agreement for not playing loud music after 10 pm for example.
