We loved our one-week stay there, everything was clean and tidy, the professional gas-stove was a treat to work on, nice and silent neighbourhood, communication with the host was very good, free parking in front of the house at the weekends, during the weeks on the nearby Chard-Rd.We will certainly come back!

Great house but beware of check in process
A well presented and comfortable house with lots of charm. Close(ish) to centre.
It rained most of our stay in Exeter so it was a relief that the house cosy and warm. We had to contact the owner when we arrived to ask how a couple of things worked, and she got back to us straight away. The area is pleasant and in walking distance of the city centre. It would have been helpful if there had been a visitors book with useful info about public transport or suggestions about the area. Despite the rain we enjoyed our stay, found fun things to do, and slept well on comfortable beds. The street was quiet at night too.
