About this property

Stunning modern, open plan accommodation with stunning balcony views across the Devon countryside and sea beyond. Only a few miles outside Exeter. Private garden and large alfresco patio area. Large, well equipped kitchen leading to the lounge and dining area. Two bathrooms and three bedrooms. Located within historic woodland and located close to local beaches. Finished to a very high standard. We designed and built the property ourselves. We have been filmed on 'Building the Dream' with Charlie Luxton regarding our builds and journey.

Escape from the city

A lovely spot with amazing views. Everything is new and clean and well stocked. We were also delighted to have a Christmas tree.

Fantastic stay

Superb accommodation stunning views and all the facilities you need for a perfect stay. Spotlessly clean too. Finding the accomadation was a bit scary through tiny roads especially as we had a big minibus. The local pub is amazing too. Highly recommend this place to stay

Amazing house, very remote so need a car

The property was stunning- super clean, super modern, beautiful - gorgeous views and all the utensils and equipment you could need. Couldn't fault the house at all - simply gorgeous. The only thing to be aware of with this property is the access to it - it is down some very tight single track country lanes so is very remote - take everything you need with you. Drive to local amenities is approx 10 mins but as mentioned - through a forest - we had deer jump in front of the car multiple times - if you're OK with that then the house is well worth it when you get there. The peace and scenery is stunning.
