Hotel was beautiful Mark was attentive and informative. Close to everything restaurants and shops went with carry on left with xl check in bag. We had a wonderful time.

This is a 3 bed / 2 bath flat on the 3rd floor of a bunch of flats off Edgware Road. It’s about a 5 minute walk from Marble Arch and Edgware Road tube stops. Clean, good water pressure. Comms with property manager difficult to establish, but once you’ve got them on What’s App, all is easy.

Bit of a disappointment

Good location but quality of accommodation not as good as listing. Quite a few fixtures broken, couldn’t turn heaters off as they were broken so apartment overheated and had to open all the windows. Difficult to contact property manager.

Extremely Disappointing

Communication with property prior to our arrival was poor. I was continually chasing them. Good location for getting around London, however the building itself is not in good repair. Sign at front door, VRBO not allowed. Nine in our party, living area is only comfortable for maybe 5. Not enough glasses or utensils. TV’s not working, one shower not working, broken toilet seat. Apartment was not clean, mould in bathrooms. I could go on but overall really poor condition. If we weren’t such a large group I would have left and gone elsewhere. We had money go missing from the apartment and the host was uncaring and disinterested. Ruined the first part of our vacation.

False description, bad apartment

First of all, it does not say anywhere, but this apartment is on Edgware Road in a very sketchy area. There is loud music playing in restaurants (hooka bars) downstairs, and there is a lot of street noise. At night I was very scared to walk to the apartment alone (the entrance is on a dark, quiet street). We had the worst experience. It is nothing as they describe and how it looks in the photos. The kitchen is broken, and there was an old sponge left on the sink; the person did bring us new ones when I complained. No one responds from the management, and it was a nightmare once we had booked it. People in the building made us a little scared to step out of the apartment at night or day without my husband. No air conditioning in the apartment and the portable machines they have actually throw cold air in front and hot at the back, so it ends up making the room very hot. One bathroom is nice; the other one was horrible. Windows open onto a rooftop, and there are bars on it for safety. I left a jacket there and asked them to ship it back to me and was willing to pay they never responded. Stay there only if have to - it is nothing like they claim and the neighborhood is NOT great
