Perfect stay!
Stayed for 5 nights to celebrate my birthday. The apartment is spacious and very clean. Check-in instructions were very clear and great location - around 15 min walk to town. Bed is very comfy! Had a great stay and would recommend to anyone wanting to book. Would stay again if we travel back to Leeds.

Disliked: Cleanliness, check-in, communication, location, listing accuracy
Host failed to give check in instructions on arrival to city until well after check in time. Host failed to answer texts emails and phone calls. VRBO couldn't get hold of host either. Our 3 day trip was ruined by this host and VRBO having to put us in a terrible hotel. We spent 3 days trying to sort out our issues on the phone. Ended our holiday early and gave up. The host left us 3hrs on a cold dock with no address details or keys to get in. The parking instructions were wrong and we also got billed while we waited. THESE ARE ALL FACTSWe are hosts ourselves and would NEVER ! leave a guest stranded.
