Generally Very Good

Overall very good but the basics were minimal, there were was only 2 toilet rolls for our stay of over 3 weeks. There was no cleaning equipment for dishes. There was no washing machine powder. Basic essentials were missing, otherwise very happy.

ich kann nur positives über unser Aufenthalt berichten. Der Strand war in 2 min zu Fuß erreichbar, eine Pizzeria direkt am Eck vorne vorm Strand.Andrea stand immer zur Verfügung über Whatsapp, falls man Fragen oder Infos brauchte. Schlüssel übergabe fan leider per Anleitung statt, da wir aufgrund des Verkehrs und Panne erst gegen 23 Uhr statt 15 Uhr wie geplant war.Wir waren als Familie mit zwei kleine Kinder dort und die Lage ist einfach perfekt. In der Wohnung gab es alles was man benötigt hat. Wir können die Unterkunft nur weiterempfehlen.Danke Andrea, wir kommen gerne wieder.

L'appartamento è spazioso, pulitissimo e ben arredato, con un bel giardino e posto auto. La posizione prospicente al mare lo rendono davvero fantastico. Ci sono tutte le comodità ed un'ampia cucina con un grande e frigorifero. Molto utile la lavatrice. Lo consiglio caldamente

OTTIMA VACANZA

abbiamo soggiornato tutto il mese di Agosto, la casa posizionata in un punto strategico attaccata al mare, ideale per famiglie consigliatissimo Lido Sabbia d'Oro, la sera per il centro, giostre con una bella passeggiata si raggiunge il centro paese. La casa molto funzionale e spaziosa con un bel giardino. Un esperienza da rifare. Grazie

Bellissima vacanza!

Abbiamo soggiornato in questo appartamento una settimana e ci siamo trovati benissimo. L'appartamento è molto ampio e adatto per quattro persone perche la quinta dovrà dormire su un lettino pieghevole anche se,devo dire,mia figlia si è trovata bene. Vicinissima al mare, ma prprio tanto ed è favoloso. Nel paese si trova tutto quello che serve e gli abitanti sono molto carini e gentili. Metà adattissima per famiglie. Da ritornarci sicuramente.

Sehr schöne Ferienwohnung unweit vom Meer

Wir waren Anfang April in Montesilvano. Andrea und seine Lebensgefährtin haben uns freundlich in Empfang genommen. Wir hatten die Erdgeschosswohnung gebucht, bekamen jedoch aufgrund von Renovierarbeiten die größere Wohnung im ersten Stock. Die Wohnung ist sehr groß, modern eingerichtet und hat drei Schlafzimmer sowie zwei Badezimmer. Wir waren zu viert dort, es hat gut Platz für mehr Personen. Das Kinderzimmer ist mit zwei Einzelbetten und einen Stockbett möbliert. Die Möbel sind geschmackvoll, die Küche enthält alles, was man für eine Selbstversorgung benötigt. Parken ist auf dem Grundstück möglich, so dass das Auto nicht auf der Straße stehen muss. Um den am Anreisetag noch fehlenden Internetanschluss sowie einen Heizungsausfall hat sich Andrea sehr zügig gekümmert. Hierfür noch einmal ein ausdrückliches Lob. Die Wohnung hat rundherum Balkone, der größte davon ist mit einen großen Tisch, einer Couch sowie Stühlen bestückt. Das Meer ist in Sichtweite. Baden war jedoch aufgrund der noch zu niedrigen Temperaturen nicht möglich. Die Lokale am schönen, großen Sandstrand waren um diese Zeit allesamt noch geschlossen, was sehr schade war. Die Restaurants am Ort öffnen abends erst um 19 oder 19.30 Uhr und dann waren wir die ersten. Die ersten Tage störten uns leider laute Bauarbeiten direkt an der Straße: Ein stetiges Hundegebell aus der Nachbarschaft ist zuweilen anstrengend. Auch ist die Wohnung recht hellhörig

Mi scusi per il ritardo nella risposta, purtroppo nel periodo del suo soggiorno c'erano i lavori per i preparativi del passaggio del giro d'Italia (Ciclismo) altrimenti di solito è una zona molto tranquilla lontana dal traffico e rumori, purtroppo ogni tanto i cani del vicino danno un pò fastidio grazie comunque per la recensione sempre a disposizione cordiali saluti.
