Nice Unit but not Ski In/Out

The unit was nice and functional but the description as "ski in/out" is not realistic. It was approximately a 500 meter walk up hill to the ski trail with an altitude increase of about10 meters. Going home the trip was downhill which was a little better but still not what one would consider "ski in/out". The view of the valley below was nice. There was a problem with the plumbing but the owner worked with us to get it resolved as quickly as he could. It was a nice quiet location.
