The cabin was beautiful and well-kept, check in and out was a breeze. Only warning: the driveway is quite steep, mind your ground clearance.

The floors were sticky and dirty our socks were black on the bottoms. The bathrooms the toilets all three had rings were they had not been cleaned. Some kind of food was running down the outside of the refrigerator. When we got there was dirty socks in the bathroom and trash behind the couch hot tub was nasty.
A few things, the main thing was upon arrival the cabin was definitely not clean. We had housekeeping come back out. Beds were dirty, floors seemed to have not been vacuumed, tubs were dirty. Mouse poop was throughout the house especially, lower bedroom, baths and kitchen. They did come back out and change sheets, but we watched them shake off mouse poop off of oven mitts and then wipe it down with a dry cloth. That is not sanitary. Location of hot tub is not ideal, it also said filter needed changed/ cleaned. The other downside was there was no fire pit. We use Vrbo often, with little to no complaints at all. This cabin, in my opinion should not be part of Vrbo. It is not up to the standards of which we are used to. The cabin was outdated, which is fine, but microwave handle is glued on, fridge had been glued at some point as well. Overall, the place was just dirty and not anything we would ever book again. Please take note, these are only a few of the major things that needed addressed. Nothing in that kitchen is safe to eat off of, cleaning fees should be waived when obviously little to no cleaning was done.

Kitchen/kitchen appliances dirty. Hot tub cover old and deteriorated. Windows dirty/cobwebs; Reflectors or some form of lighting needs placed at the end of the driveway. Whispering Oaks sign hard to see.
Property is great and would stay here again, only thing to be warned about is the driveway is a bit dramatic, steep, twisting, and short! Loved the cabin and porch. Coffee pot needs to be replaced :)
This is the worst experience we've ever had staying anywhere before. When we pulled in the drive scraped the bumper in our suv because the incline off the road was so steep then barely made it up the driveway in an awd suv. The porch chairs were strapped down but kinda just played it off as they've had some bad tenants in the past. We arrived inside and the floors in the kitchen were horribly sticky so we had to clean them. After everyone was settled in we went to check the hot tub and it was empty and filthy. We cleaned it and filled it up because the kids were begging to get in. As soon as I made my way to the master upstairs I found a pill in the floor. So I picked it up so the kids wouldn't getmcame back
Starting off, They won’t give you address till the cabin is clean. So they tell you to GPS The Tanger Outlets. Already paid not sure what’s the big deal to get the address. Then the hot tub broke took two days to fix without any compensation or any offer at all. The reason we rent it was for the hot tub. The property management office was very polite and sent out maintenance when we did call though. Living room furniture was updated but the cabin could use a remodel with better mattresses and the shower heads was from the 90’s with no pressure, the grill had one burner out and the fix was use a bic lighter, I’m sure they can afford a new grill and hot tub. Overall it was a good trip just a few things they can do do to improve the stay.

Celebrating my birthday in the Smokies.
This property needs updating badly. The furniture is old and worn. Both recliners in the living room look broken. The loveseat sags to the floor when you sit on it. The rollaway bed has the stuffing coming out of it. The queen bed was made up with mix match sheets and they were too short so the bed was shortsheeted, The coffee pot dripped about a drop per minute and took four hours and did not complete a cycle. Sinks were stopped up and there were not enough towels for clean ones the second day. The area around the grill was nasty and all of the windows were dirty. The dishes were old and dirty. The sink is old and dirty. So is the fridge, curtains, etc. It is not a nice place.
It looks like the pictures and included two roll away beds and plenty of seating in the living room. Close to Pigeon Forge, but a ways from Gatlinburg.

Clean but needs maintenance
First of all, the listing needs to update that the driveway is very steep and can be difficult for some people to navigate or get out of their cars. There is no sign out front with the house number. Hard to find at first. Downstairs bathtub does not drain when using shower. Dishwasher was unusable, needs worked on. There’s plastic on the downstairs bed which makes it difficult to sleep. The cabin itself is spacious, clean, and comfortable. It is updated.
this was a reasonable priced stay and the cabin was very nice and clean. the only thing we didnt like was the driveway. steep and have to go up it sort of fast or you will get stuck. but other than that was a really nice and cheerful place. we truly enjoyed our stay.
It was a beautiful cabin. Had a few issues.... gas for the grill was out, property manager delivered us one within 20 minutes of my call. Dishwasher wasn’t washing well, so I went ahead and hand washed our dishes. Not a big deal whatsoever. The master bedroom mattress (downstairs) was terrible. The mattress is covered with a foam egg carton pad..... not a very comfortable place to sleep, but again not terrible. The cabin sits right above neighbors who enjoyed riding dirt bikes often. That did get a bit annoying but they always shut it down around 10-10:30pm. Over stay was good.
Enjoyed so much, didn't want to leave, and for sure will definitely be back. Thank you so much!
Had no problem, Went above and beyond with everything!

It’s all about the amenities
The cabin we stayed in was beautiful but the amenities were very outdated. There was no WiFi old TVs with no satellite in bedroom just a VCR. The hot tub was nice but the clear coat was worn off and the fiberglass cut up our feet and legs. The toilets were very stained and the dishes in the kitchen looked very outdated so we didn’t use them. I did love the fireplace and the frontporch.

Overall nice place
The place was nice and clean. Cute/nice decoration. The beds were nice and the mattress comfortable. the cabin has several portable heaters so it was great to use in the bedrooms. The fireplace was great it heat up the house very well. The pool table was nice. all the rooms had TV. My 2 years old and I enjoyed watching some of the old Princes Disney movies. The location is very convenient.
Overall it was a nice place but a few things need to be improved:
All the toilets were very stained so it makes it looks like they are really dirty. it was not nice seeing that and having to use the bathrooms like that.
The dishes, cookware and glasses were in very bad shape. We ended up buying plastic cups and even a few pots to make our meals specially my daughter's meal.
The towels were in bad shape too. I normally travel with a few towels so it was not a big deal.
There was a very bad smell outside the cabin. I believe was from the septic tank.
