The lake view was nice, even with it being down. It was nice to be able to look for treasures at the bottom of the lake. And we got to see the wildlife around the lake.It was an enjoyable time. Only negative was the grill was not what we were expecting. Would definitely return when lake is full.
I had a wonderful stay. Very peaceful. Easy check in, easy check out. The house was very clean and had everything one would need, besides personal stuff of course. Would definitely stay again.
Second time at this property. Made more great memories. Great views and amenities. Internet was intermittent but being on vacation, wasn't a big deal. Close enough to everything but far enough to not be distracted / frustrated with traffic.
The rental was just what we needed. Off the beaten track, and quite. The house was modest but neat, and just what we were looking for. Loved easy access to the lake and fishing.
Had a great time at the lakehouse. Property is well stocked with most everything you need and the kayaks/ paddleboat were great for exploring the lake. Kids enjoyed swimming and we caught bass, bream and one flathead catfish. Location is away from the hustle and bustle but not too far from Pigeon Forge. Our family loved this lakehouse and will definitely be back!
Beautiful lake front views from huge deck, easy access to water with docks and beachfront. Very comfortable interior. Huge eat in kitchen and nice fire pit. We would give it 4 1/2 stars, but couldn’t see how to do that on the rating! Sporadic or nonexistent internet/Wi-Fi was bothersome for us.

The dock was nice…
The dock and screened in area were nice. We took a boat and chose not to use their launch. The house was over all clean. Kitchen skillets and utensils need some updating. the bathroom adjacent from the twin bed room made you gag from the smell of dog poop! (I’m assuming a sewer issue)… The bathroom with the queen bed. Shower is rather old. Okay whatever. It drained so slow. By the end of your 10-15 min shower you’re standing in water to your ankles. The breaker must’ve tripped in the bathroom with the queen bed no lights or outlets. it was a nice view and a nice outside area.
The seclusion of the house is awesome. If you are looking for quiet. You will easily find it here. The screen in porch and deck is completely shaded. Perfect for TN sun & heat. Family enjoyed the close dock for swimming and fishing. Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg are 25-45 minutes away. This wasn’t a concern for us since this wasn’t our first trip to the area. House overall was comfortable for our small family. We will definitely keep this property in our favorites for future trips.
Interior was clean and no major concerns. Some repairs need to be made but it was the end of the season. Lake was lowering as expected so didn’t get out into it.
This property was not ready to rent, one bedroom had a hole in the ceiling., it did not have cold water in one of the bathrooms, the water pressure was just barely a dribble out in the showers and sinks, in the kitchen the water pressure was so low the sprayer did not even work, the flooring wasn't completed, there were watermarks all over the ceilings, the bathtubs were not clean, the kitchen pans and utensils was just a mishmash of things and not what you would need. I never received an email with the check-in information, I had to call the owner, and I still didn't receive it after calling him. There were no rails down to the dock, making it very unsafe. The back door was blocked with a brick. The bathroom had an outlet right by the sink that wasnt GFI. The outside was not clean, the grill was in a cinder block and shimmed. The outside dining area was mossy and not clean and had part of itge table broken so we couldnt even use it. When i contacted him he said it was way better than it was and he knew things were not working. This property is a very long way from the 9.8 rating and should be removed before someone gets hurt. If children were with me i would not have stayed as there were safety concerns. I was informed he couldn't refund my money and VRBO would have to do it. This property is not worth the price they are charging per night.
We had a great time at this beautiful property. Caught loads of fish from the dock and kayaks, spent time relaxing on the screened in porch during the evening rains, and close to pigeon forge for amazing food.
Very quiet and peaceful. The lake house was clean and very roomy, plenty of room for a small family. The large deck space has plenty of room for outdoor living.
The private boat ramp eliminates the hassle of finding a public ramp but be aware of the lake water level disclaimer and check the lake level online.
When we arrived, the lake was 11 feet below "full pool", The boat ramp appeared to be unusable, and the dock was high and dry. Fortunately, some locally heavy rain raised the level enough for us to do a little fishing.
All in all, this is a great vacation spot!
We had a amazing time, the property has great access to the lake. Its a beautiful lake that stays very quiet. A great place to get away for the week with the family, highly recommend.
Fully furnished 2 BR/2Bath lakefront house with private dock on a quiet cove. Close to all amenities and a short drive to the Smoky Mtns.
We enjoyed fishing and taking the kayaks and paddleboat out on the lake nearly every day.
Having the grill and firepit on the back deck was very nice.
It was nice to see the lake from our bedroom and watch the sunrise over the lake.
We had a very relaxing and enjoyable stay.
The owners are very nice, responsive, and easily reached.
We would recommend this for a relaxing getaway.
