●Depending on weather pattern and water level, water access is typically from late April to Early September. - NOTE: The lake water levels fluctuate because it's raised and lowered by the Tennessee Valley Authority. During the summer months, the lake is high. As fall season approaches the water level starts to drop. Lake does lower in the Winter months, it varies due to precipitation and according to the TVA controls.
Water typically begins filling in April or May in our cove, however this is TVA controlled and we cannot make promises on water levels.
