Cozy Lake Front Park Model on Douglas Lake with Hot Tub!

Welcome to The Park Model, a beautifully decorated lakefront cabin sitting right on the shoreline of stunning Douglas Lake. Designed for comfort, relaxation, and effortless convenience, this two‑bedroom getaway features thoughtful touches throughout—perfect for families, couples, or anyone looking to unwind in a peaceful waterfront setting.

Step onto the covered porch, complete with adjustable shades, and enjoy a relaxing outdoor living space featuring a Smart TV, gas grill, comfortable seating, and your very own private hot tub overlooking the water. Just steps from the lake, you’ll also find a fire pit, creating the perfect atmosphere for evening gatherings. Two zero‑gravity chairs are provided for lounging by the fire—please return them to the porch after use.

An ashtray is available on the porch table, and we kindly ask that cigarette disposal is kept outdoors.
Smoking is not permitted inside the Park Model.

Inside, the cabin offers a warm and inviting layout. The main living area includes a dinette with seating for four, a well‑equipped kitchenette with a stovetop, refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker, toaster oven, griddle, cookware, utensils, plates, bowls, and cups. The pull‑out sofa offers extra sleeping space, and a Smart TV is mounted above the dining area. A dedicated remote controls the heating/cooling unit above the sofa for personalized comfort.

The cabin features two cozy bedrooms.
The first bedroom includes a double bed, a TV, a highchair, board games, and extra sheets stored in a black cube under the bench.
The second bedroom offers a full‑size bed, a TV, under‑bench storage, and a small hanging space. A separate heat/AC unit in this room is controlled by a wall‑mounted remote for individual climate comfort.

The private bathroom is fully stocked with towels, washcloths, hand towels, toilet paper, and dedicated makeup-removal cloths. The shower includes a mounted dispenser with shampoo, conditioner, and body wash. We kindly ask that only toilet paper be flushed.

For your convenience, the Park Model includes keypad entry, Wi-Fi (“swannsguest”), and simple lighting controls throughout.

Detailed light switch instructions are provided upon entry to ensure a smooth and comfortable stay.

At departure, please gather and dispose of all trash at the campground dumpsters located near the bathhouse and behind the Millstone Restaurant. A laundry bag is provided for used towels—simply leave it in the bathroom. Heating and cooling should be set to 74° in summer and 68° in winter at checkout.
