Newly remodeled and freshly painted with all new appliances, new mattresses and bedding, new wrap around deck, new fire pit, new flooring, and lots of outdoor furniture to enjoy the views of the lake and amazing sunsets. Property borders over 800 acres of the Tennessee Wildlife. Gatlinburg, Pigeon Forge, Dollywood, Knoxville and Asheville are within an hour drive. Area is well known for birdwatching(99 species), fishing, boating, kayaking & hiking. Nestled within a family oriented campground with wildlife close by. Master bedroom has queen bed and second bedroom has a full bed. Brand new queen sleeper sofa in living room. Don't let this new listing get gone!

My wife and I have been married for over 28 years and we have 3 wonderful children ages 19, 21 and 23. We live in North Carolina about an hour away from the property but travel to the property on a regular basis. We love spending quality time at the lake with our family!
Why they chose this property
We love Eastern Tennessee and the location of the property because it is away from all the hustle and bustle and in a peaceful and quiet setting. We can enjoy spending time in Gatlinburg, Pigeon Forge, Splash Country and Dollywood and then returning back to the property for relaxation. The mountain and lake views from the house are beautiful and the view of the sunset each evening is magnificent. The property joins over 800 acres of Tennessee Wildlife land and you are likely to see wildlife in the area.
What makes this property unique
When renting the house you do have lake access where you can enjoy swimming, boating, fishing, and relaxing. We also have a boat slip that is available for renting at $20 per day.
