Eagle's View on Douglas Lake - On the lake w/ Main Channel and Smoky Mtn views!!

Enjoy beautiful sunrise and mountain views each morning
Newer custom built home completed in 3/2017, sleeps 6 adults (3 couples), 2 full baths, three bedrooms, plus studio with twin/trundle pull out, laundry room with washer and dryer. All on one level. High ceilings with huge windows showing gorgeous mountain and water views. There is a large dock for your boats and/or jet ski (boat lift/covered area not available for guest use & please refer to TVA info for lake levels-owner has no control over TVA operations). Very large rooms: kitchen has stainless steel appliances and granite counter tops. Master suite has a California size King bed, large walk in closet, bath with double sinks, separate toilet room, and a large walk in shower. There are two Queen bedrooms and a studio with a twin/ trundle bed. The hall bath is located near the two queen rooms and the studio room and has a single sink vanity, with toilet and tub/shower. There is an air hockey table in the living room and a 6 person Hot Tub on the patio. Enjoy the views from the large deck that opens to the living area and has steps down to the jacuzzi patio, as well as the outside fire pit area. This is an amazing home for a wonderful family vacation. Only 5 min. to stores, Marina with boat and jet ski rentals (only open during the season), as well as Restaurants! Only 30 minutes to Pigeon Forge, 45 minutes to Gatlinburg!!
