Eagle's View on Douglas Lake - On the lake w/ Main Channel and Smoky Mtn views!!

Enjoy beautiful sunrise and mountain views each morning
Newer custom built home completed in 3/2017, sleeps 6 adults (3 couples), 2 full baths, three bedrooms, plus studio with twin/trundle pull out, laundry room with washer and dryer. All on one level. High ceilings with huge windows showing gorgeous mountain and water views. There is a large dock for your boats and/or jet ski (boat lift/covered area not available for guest use & please refer to TVA info for lake levels-owner has no control over TVA operations). Very large rooms: kitchen has stainless steel appliances and granite counter tops. Master suite has a California size King bed, large walk in closet, bath with double sinks, separate toilet room, and a large walk in shower. There are two Queen bedrooms and a studio with a twin/ trundle bed. The hall bath is located near the two queen rooms and the studio room and has a single sink vanity, with toilet and tub/shower. There is an air hockey table in the living room and a 6 person Jacuzzi (open 3/15 - 11/15) on the patio. Enjoy the views from the large deck that opens to the living area and has steps down to the jacuzzi patio. Electric fireplace to keep you warm and cozy as well as an outside fire pit area. This is an amazing home for a wonderful family vacation. Only 5 min. to stores, Marina with boat and jet ski rentals (only open during the season), as well as Restaurants! Only 30 minutes to Pigeon Forge, 45 minutes to Gatlinburg!!

Peaceful

Online description was very accurate. Lake was pretty just a little low, made it fun to explore though. Lots of wildlife to be seen! I’m a runner and the surrounding neighborhoods and roads were challenging yet fun to see the scenery! Very clean home with beautiful views. Owners were quick to respond with any question we had.

So peaceful

Nice house, great view! Such a quiet, peaceful area. The only drawback was the hill down to the pier. Very difficult, steep walk back up.

The view can’t be beat and everyone in town was so nice Close to several larger towns if you need anything from a large store. Didn’t want to leave.

Relaxing time with the family

Location is superb. We were able to swim from the dock. We had 80deg F weather at the end of September. All rooms and living areas are spacious. Lots of natural light. House has a beautiful back porch with parasol and dining table set overlooking the lake that we used for lunches. It was nice to have my elderly parents watch grandkids jump on the lake. We parked the kayaks on the dock. We saw multiple deer and a beaver on the property. Everything was lovely
