On the ground floor : Sitting/reception room with sofa, armchairs, music centre and 3 French windows overlooking the park. Sliding doors to either side of the sitting room open onto an elegant dining room with decorative fireplace on one side and a room with an American pool table on the other. Leisure room with TV/DVD, games, sofa and armchairs.
Kitchen with fridge/freezer, oven, dishwasher and microwave. Utility room with washing machine and tumble dryer. Three separate wc’s.
