About this property

No Steps/walk in/ 2BD/2BA w/12x30 boat slip Great View!!!

Our condo is located on the Big Niangua Arm (MM13) with beautiful views of the lake. We are from eastern Iowa. We chose this property because it's so close to highway 54. It's a walk-in level for ease in carrying in supplies. The complex has 3 swimming pools and is just minutes from Ha Ha Tonka State Park, 2 golf courses, shopping, bars, restaurants and other fun activities. Last year we converted fireplace to electric and this year we are adding a king-sized bed in the master. This property is in the gated community of Cedar Heights in Camdenton, Missouri directly off Highway 54. There is a 12 x30 boat slip available on request. The water is quiet to let you enjoy boating, skiing, fishing etc

We stay here every year and as always we had a great stay. We love the location of condo, nice quiet part of the lake. I do wish there was a bigger bed in the master but that would be the only negative thing I could say. Can’t wait for next summers trip!

Paradise on the lake!

Beautiful condo right on the water! The dock for our boat was the nicest we have ever rented. Mornings and evenings on the screened in porch were wonderful!
