Located on the heights of Morienval, this former farm building has been completely renovated with original materials, thus respecting the chic country style.

Its living-dining room with its rustic furniture and refined decoraton as well as the kitchen will make you spend idyllic moments.

After a day of activities, you will undoubtedly enjoy a moment of relaxation in front of the fireplace or on the terrace overlooking the woods and plains of the valley and the Abbey of Morienval and its Romanesque church of the eleventh century.

You can also enjoy the indoor swimming pool which adjoins the lounge.

The Instant can accommodate up to 15 people through its five spacious and refined rooms, including a master suite with an adjoining room that can accommodate 3 people.

 

Two bedrooms also have an armchair that can be used as an extra bed.

 

All rooms can be equipped with either a double bed 180X200 or two single beds 90X200.

The rooms are all equipped with a private bathroom with either walk-in showers or a bath, toilet and a large plasma screen.

 

Each room has a particular theme that is related to the leisure activities in the area.

 

In the rooms the frame remained apparent. Thus the marriage of wood, heights and colors will transport you in a warm atmosphere.

 

All rooms also have a beautiful view of the valley.

L'Instant has two very pretty houses:

- l'Instant La Vue, on the one hand and,

- l'Instant La Ferme, on the other hand.

Both houses have both 5 or 6 bedrooms with bathrooms, a large living space, a well equipped kitchen, fireplace, Wifi, ... and can each accommodate 15 people maximum. The two houses each have their character with a very neat and different decoration.

You can either rent the 2 houses, either one of them. If you wish to rent all the property, you will also have the opportunity to rent a kind of warehouse, barn, allowing you to organize small events.
