Disappointed!

I will say that the problem was taken care of after the first night, but still uncalled for! The downstairs had a urine smell! The bed mattress was completely soiled and was without a mattress cover. The couch was wet with urine from a previous reservation! We were reimbursed our first night! Will not stay with this company again!
