All floors offer stunning panoramas of the sea and mountains. The house also has direct access to Almadrava Beachvia stairs. A privileged location next to one of the most beautiful beaches in Roses, recognised for its clean water and quality sand.

Located in a very quiet residential area, just 4 km from the picturesque town of Roses.
