This ski in / ski out condo is less than 400 feet to the QuickSilver SuperChair lift at the base of Peak 9. There are onsite ski & board schools and equipment rental shops at the Village at Breckenridge. Walk one block to beautiful historic downtown Breckenridge where you will find restaurants and shops galore!

STUNNING VIEWS
Enjoy the sights and sounds of Breckenridge from the condo's unique 6ft x 6ft picture window and wraparound balcony. The balcony has chairs and a café table with views of Maggie Pond, the Blue River, and the majestic Rocky Mountains.

SPACIOUS 1 BEDROOM / 1 FULL BATHROOM
Bear Condo is a beautifully decorated and well-appointed condominium that is 900 square feet which sleeps 6 guests comfortably. Sleep accommodations include a king bed, twin day bed with twin trundle bed in the master bedroom, and a queen sofa sleeper in the living room. There is one full bathroom. This charming cabin and bear themed condo makes for a comfortable and cozy stay.

COZY LIVING AREA
This condo has a cozy living area with a wood-burning fireplace, HDTV, a luxurious soft leather sofa sleeper, and sitting chairs.

There is a trash room conveniently located on every floor in every building at the Village with a trash chute for trash removal while staying.

ONSITE SKI AND BOARD SCHOOL & EQUIPMENT RENTAL SHOPS
There is a ski and board school conveniently located onsite at the base of the Antero building at the Village at Breckenridge resort. In addition, there are two equipment rental shops at the Village. Guests will receive information about the ski and board school and equipment rental shops upon booking.

THE NATIONAL FOREST
The national forest is at your back door for convenient hikes along the network
of trails to the nearby beaver ponds, streams, and mountain ski slopes.

YEAR-ROUND ADVENTURE
Come to Breckenridge for skiing, hiking, biking, snowmobiling, white water rafting, sledding, sight-seeing and much more!

At many lodges throughout Breckenridge including the Village, there are less onsite parking spaces than there are condos for rent. Because parking spaces at the Village often sell out during peak rental periods, there is a nightly fee that is separate from booking fees that we must pass on if you elect to bring a vehicle and choose the onsite parking option. Onsite parking should be requested at the time of booking due to limited availability. Please note that the Village at Breckenridge condos are ski in / ski out, and that you are conveniently located within walking distance to Main Street. Many guests choose to shuttle in rather than bring a vehicle and pay for parking.

VILLAGE AT BRECKENRIDGE RESORT FEE:

The Village at Breckenridge has a daily resort fee of $25 per day. This will appear as a "property fee" upon booking.

This is the premier location in town for lift & Main Street access, amenities such as indoor/outdoor swimming pool, hot tubs, exercise room, with extra spacious floor plan (900 sf), large wraparound deck or our favorite, views to die for. No other complex or condo even compared. Whether you want to ski, hike, enjoy the aspens change color or just relax and enjoy the mountain air, this condo has it all. This is such an outstanding unit in the best town in Colorado!

Upon your entry into this spacious condo, you are immediately drawn to the 6’ x 6’ picture window that brings in the mountain, Maggie Pond and Blue River views to the great room.
