Family-Friendly Breckenridge Condo: Three Queen Beds, Two Full Baths, Excellent Amenities, 1/2 block to Main Street Breckenridge.

**PREMIER LOCATION**
This ski-in/ski-out condo is conveniently located less than 400 feet from the Quick Silver Super Chair lift at the base of Peak 9. Enjoy direct access to hiking and mountain biking trails right from your doorstep. Maggie Pond, ideal for fishing and water activities, is conveniently located adjacent to the Village at Breckenridge. In winter and spring, there are on-site ski and board schools, as well as equipment rental shops at the Village. Plus, it’s just a short one-block stroll to the charming historic downtown Breckenridge, where you'll find a variety of restaurants, shops, and activities to enjoy.

When you choose to stay here, you’re booking directly with the owner, just as VRBO intended. I’m also here to share my years of experience in Breckenridge. If it’s your first time visiting, let me know—I'd be happy to offer tips and recommendations to enhance your stay!

**SPACIOUS UNIT WITH COMFORTABLE SLEEPING (3 QUEEN BEDS/1 SOFA SLEEPER)**
Recently renovated, this unit features an updated look with new flooring, fresh ceiling, and walls. The removal of the popcorn ceiling, orange peel wall texture, and carpet has made the space cleaner and more comfortable. This beautifully decorated 940-square-foot condo comfortably accommodates up to 6 guests. The sleeping arrangements include a queen bed and a sofa sleeper (65" smart TV) in the studio room, as well as two queen beds (42" smart TV) in the guest bedroom. Be sure to check out the pictures for a floor plan view!

**WELL-APPOINTED FULL KITCHEN**
The kitchen is equipped with a full-size dishwasher, an oven/range, and a refrigerator with an ice maker and filtered water, providing everything you need to prepare home-cooked meals and enjoy dining in.

**DINING AREA**
Gather around the dining table that seats six, positioned nicely next to a cozy gas fireplace. There’s also a granite breakfast bar with barstools for casual meals.

**OUTDOOR BALCONY**
The spacious balcony is perfect for outdoor gatherings, featuring a table and chairs and accessible via sliding glass doors from both rooms.

**FREE GUEST AMENITIES**
The Village at Breckenridge offers a range of fantastic amenities for guests. Enjoy the indoor/outdoor pool, hot tubs, dry sauna, steam room, fitness center, shower/locker rooms, game room (with video games and billiards), theater room, ultimate gamers room, and even mini golf—all at no extra charge! Please note that the theater and gamers' room operate on a first-come, first-served basis, with reservations required.

**FREE WIRELESS INTERNET**
Stay connected with complimentary wireless internet available in the condo. The network name and password will be provided upon booking. Additionally, a modem is included in the unit for those who prefer a wired connection.

**COMMUNITY WASHER & DRYER**
Every building at the Village at Breckenridge resort features a community washer and dryer on each floor. These machines are easily accessible for guest use through a convenient app, allowing for simple credit card payments.

**COMMUNITY OUTDOOR GRILL**
For BBQ visitors, a community outdoor grill is available in the central plaza area of the Village at Breckenridge resort.

**OUTDOOR FIRE PIT**
Enjoy cozy evenings by the outdoor fire pit, located in the central plaza area of the Village at Breckenridge.

Each building is equipped with a trash room on every floor, complete with a trash chute for easy disposal throughout your stay.

**THE NATIONAL FOREST**
Step right outside to find the national forest, which offers an array of hiking trails to nearby beaver ponds, streams, and mountain ski slopes.

**YEAR-ROUND ADVENTURE**
Visit Breckenridge for a wide range of activities, including skiing, hiking, biking, snowmobiling, whitewater rafting, sledding, dog sledding, sightseeing, and so much more!

**TRANSPORTATION/PARKING**
I recommend using the shuttle service to avoid parking fees while exploring Breckenridge, especially for guests traveling by air. There are multiple shuttle options available to and from the Denver International Airport, as well as the Free Ride shuttle service, which is accessible throughout Breckenridge and parts of Summit County. If you require parking, here are your options:
- **Option 1:** The Village at Breckenridge offers a heated garage for guests on a first-come, first-served basis, with parking costs varying by season. From June 1 to October 31, it’s $16/night; and for the 2025/2026 Ski Season, it ranges from $41 to $51/night.
- **Option 2:** I have another unit located approximately 150 yards to the east. If parking is available there during your stay, you can park for free.
- **Option 3:** Additional parking is available near the ice rink and Airport Road, both of which are serviced by the Breck Free Ride shuttle service for easy access to your vehicle.

**SUMMER/FALL 2025 HOA REMODEL**
Why are the nightly rates lower than most? The Village at Breckenridge will be redoing siding and replacing windows in the Peak 9 Inn Building. This unit is NOT located in the Peak 9 Inn Building, NOR does it face towards the Peak 9 Inn Building. However, the construction is visible when entering the Village at Breckenridge and from the fitness center. The fitness center is expected to remain open, except on Friday, October 27, 2025, to Friday, October 31, 2025, when it will be closed.

Fun at Breck!

The location was amazing!. Very close to the lifts. We rented skis from the Maggie and were able to leave our skis at the shop overnight, then a short walk to the condo. Easy walking access to Main Street. The property was as pictured. Scott was great to work with. Would recommend.

Great Place to Stay!

This was a great condo! It was in a perfect location, within walking distance to all the restaurants and shops. The indoor/outdoor pool and several hot tubs were all fabulous. The condo itself was very large with plenty of space for several people. Laundry area was right across the hall. Scott was very easy to deal with and always quick to reply to any questions that I had. My family will be coming back for another stay!

Great Condo and Location

The Condo was really great. The location is hard to beat - it is very close to the slopes, and right by the town. Pretty much anywhere you would want to go is right within walking distance. The condo is kept in great condition, and was the perfect size to fit our group. The owner Scott was super accommodating, helping with parking and the check-in process. The recreation center with the pool, multiple hot tubs, sauna, games, etc was a great place to spend the night, and was a only very short walk from the condo (and the walk was indoors through the garage, no need to even go outside).

Great location

This condo had everything we needed for our ski vacation! Rentals, ski lift, food, shopping are all located a very short walk away. The condo was very clean with a well stocked kitchen. Beds were very comfortable. Perfect set up for hanging out after a day of skiing. Our host was super communicative and helpful. He shared tons of great information to help us find great deals and all the most delicious food stops in town. Short walk to the city park with a sledding hill and tons of sleds on site available to use. Would definitely stay here again!!!

Christmas at Breckenridge Peak 9

The property manager, Scott, was overly helpful and kind providing tips on where to ski and where to rent skis. Phenomenal service! While the condo itself was dated, the other property amenities were first class with everything practically newly remodelled. Spa, hot tub, pool, movie theater, kid game room. Location to QuickSilver lift was a short 5 minute walk. Amenities located in a seperate building about five minutes from condo located on fifth floor. This VRBO lived up to its value!

Great location, very responsive owner

Had a great 10-day family vacation here. The condo was as advertised, was spacious, and you can’t beat the location right on Main Street. The balcony was fairly large though unfortunately some of the view was blocked by another building. The beds were comfortable which is always a huge plus. The only issue we had was that the shower handle came off in my hand in the 2nd bathroom and it was difficult to turn it on/off and get it to the right temperature. Scott, the owner, was extremely responsive and came over the same day to try to fix it. When it turned into a more involved fix he offered to relocate us to another unit. We declined because it was still workable as a shower and there was also another shower in the condo. He said he planned to make the repair after we checked out. He also went out of his way to find us a free parking space during our stay (5 minute walk away - not bad at all) to save us the $19/night fee in the garage. Much appreciated! We would stay here again.
