We took 2 of our kids to the adaptive ski program and the condo was so convenient! We loved the condo & it was fully equipped, perfectly decorated & very comfortable:)

Great Place Near Downtown Breck

Great place a short walk from downtown Breck. Easy access to shops / restaurants on main street, walking / hiking trails. The underground garage was secure. The place was clean and comfortable - would stay again.

New flooring and paint was being installed while we were there and even with that the stay was great. John's property was great with comfortable beds and nice blankets. The kitchen was quite well stocked. I would definitely recommend this property.

Wonderful Condo in Wonderful Location

Aspen Traditions is a well-equipped and comfortable condo in an excellent location for easy walking to the Quicksilver ski lift for Peak 9. Also easy walking to town and restaurants. The condo has great storage racks for skis and equipment plus good closet space, a fully stocked kitchen, a wood burning fireplace, some helpful kids gear, comfortable furnishings, and very responsive owners. We had a great time at Aspen Traditions!

Perfect Location & Nice Place

Great ski in/out location. Unit was nice and had all the necessary amenities. Lighting in the bedrooms isn't great. And hot water is OK but not amazing. However, neither of these things took away from a GREAT experience.

Magic!

Warm, welcoming and stocked! All that was needed for immediate occupancy for little kids and 'older kids' made it feel like home vs a rental. Beautiful vistas' of the mountain and village and 'out the door' ski school and chairlifts. Owner was very accessible and helpful from the time we booked through our stay.

Family Spring Break

We are a family of 5 (3 kids ages 7, 11, and 13). You can't beat this location. Had something for everyone. Easy ski in/ ski out. Private lessons, ski gear rental, restaurants right at your doorstep. Open area behind the condo where the kids can play in the snow. Easy short walk to Main St. Lots of games, movies in the condo. Easy communication with owner. Easy check in/ check out. We all had a blast.

Great Stay

My family of 4 stayed 4 nights. This was the perfect place for us and our teenage sons whose mission was to snowboard all day every day. The location could not be beat. Break sports is located on the property for ski/board rentals. Chair lifts and ski school are just steps away. Main Street is a short walk for dining and shopping. The bus stop is nearby if you want to use public transport to get to the gondola or grocery store (it worked great for us). The condo was spacious, clean and had great amenities. Although we did not really cook any meals there, they had everything you would need to do that and the unit was comfortably furnished. We also enjoyed the hot tubs and video games in the common areas. Overall it was really a great stay.

Great location

We loved the location because it allowed us to walk all around town. Communication was excellent. Owners are aware of the shower hot water issue and said they’d get it taken care of. One negative is the key system. We don’t like having the virtual key on our phone because we don’t always carry our phones with us, like when using the hot tub or gym.

Great location and great property.

My family and I enjoyed staying at this property for a weekend of skiing. The location is amazing and the condo was beautiful. The only issue we had is the master shower did not have hot water. A note left with instructions on the shower setting indicated this had been a prior issue. We followed the directions and still didn't have hot water. As a family of 5, two showers with hot water would have been nice. If the owners get that issue fixed, no complaints and we would stay there again!

Lovely Condo!

My family of 4, including two teenage boys, had plenty of space in this condo. It’s in a great location, you can walk to everything. The hot tubs and pool setup is just a short walk from the door (or you can go underground to get there). There is a nice health club area, and a fun lobby with shuffleboard, pool, pong, and other video games. All very nicely appointed! The condo was stocked with great board games and all the TV channels you could want, plus a working wood fireplace. The bedding was very comfortable, and kitchen was well stocked. We did have an issue with the water temperature in the master shower, as a few other recent renters suggested, but it sounds like the owners are getting that fixed as soon as possible. There was no issue with water temp in the other shower or kitchen. Communication with the property manager and owners was excellent! We would definitely stay here again.

Not a good stay

When we went to check in we had to go to the management office which their key box was not working upon arrival. I had to stand out in the cold call a couple of times finally someone answered and said to put in a different code that would eventually work. That was not the code that was on my check in reservation packet. So from the very beginning it was frustrating. We go to check in and as soon as we walk in the condo the carpet was very dirty, the bathroom doors did not lock and shut, dresser drawers were broke, the pull out couch had a very dirty and stained sheet attached to it, and the hot water took 10 Min to get luke warm. There is nothing worse than skiing outside all day then coming in wanting to take a very hot shower and having to wait 10 to 15 minutes for it to get lukewarm. The water never got hot and the excuse we received was we were on the seventh floor and it takes a while for it to get up there and heat up. The lobby door was broke three days out of the six we were there. I had to exit from the second story stairwell and with my skis boots, poles, etc. it was an extreme hassle and inconvenience. Not to mention I had my eight-year-old son and pregnant wife holding their stuff going up and down the stairs. The only thing that the condo had going for it was the location. We would not stay here again.

Thanks for your review, we’re sorry to hear the lockbox gave you difficulty, we did change that for ease of contactless check in. We’ve checked the locks to ensure they work properly and have updated our housekeeping team to address these items. Additionally, we were sure to update in house guests to make them aware there were building boiler issues which impacted hot water for a day. We understand the necessity for very hot water after a long ski day, but there are maintenance emergencies that happen from time to time. The HOA management was actively working on the boiler and the doors to make them work and we’re sorry you were affected by these unpredictable occurrences.

Great location, well-equipped condo

This location was perfect for our Summer vacation in Breckenridge. So many places to eat within a couple blocks walk. Board games and Wii were perfect for those evenings when we were wiped out from the day's activities. Kitchen was well equipped for all our coffee and cooking needs. LOVED the fitness center, game room, pools, hot tubs and steam room all in one place.

Great location!

This condo is very comfortable and in a perfect location. It’s a short easy walk to the Quicksilver chair and right on the edge of the Main Street in town. The pool and hot tubs are fun for all ages, and the property is very well maintained as a whole. Parking in the garage is super easy and convenient.

New Year Ski trip

The location of the property was fantastic, it was a very short walk to the ski lift and a short walk into town. There is a tonne of great shops and restaurants within a ten minute walk of the property. The owners were great with communication and tips and helpful with anything we needed. Loved the wood burning fire place in the apartment.

My family and I really enjoyed our stay!

The condo was clean, well equipped and in a great location for walking to town. The owners/property managers were very helpful and responsive. Figuring out the parking garage was a little tricky, but we also arrived in Breck when it was dark, raining and after driving 12 hours…so perhaps that was really our issue. :) After the first night, parking was easy-peasy. Would not hesitate to stay here again!
