What a beautifull house. Modern, clean, well equiped, great outdoor seatings and lovely pool with great view. Location only 7 minute walk to beach and bakery and supermarket. Nice beaches and Ajaccio within 20 minute drive. Absolute briljant for spending holliday in that part of Corse

Beautiful villa in a great location close to local beach and shops

The host of this villa provided easy to follow check-in instructions. Local information and instructions about the villa are provided on a table when you arrive. The villa was clean, spacious and well equipped with everything needed for a relaxing holiday. The host also responded quickly to any questions we had via the Vrbo app. I would definitely recommend this villa.

Beautiful home and great location

The house is beautifully maintained and spacious. The owner was very responsive in any questions you may have. The beach is easily accessible by foot as there are steps down to the ocean a few minutes walk from the house. There is a marché just a few minutes away along with many restaurants. The kitchen also has pots and pans and utencils to eat in. And there is a salt water pool which is nicely maintained. It's a great place for families. Thank you for the wonderful stay!

Villa with beautiful ocean view and great private pool

We really enjoyed our stay at the villa. We were 8 adults and still the space was totally sufficient. The highlight of the estate was the pool area and the gorgeous view on Ajaccio bay from a little up the hill. There is a shortcut to get down to the beach area, so it is not even a 10min walk. If you like to go out at night, there are plenty of restaurants and also several bars that are open till late night. You may just not bother the quite loud music from the roof top bar that fills the entire village with sound. Johann, the host, was very gentle from the beginning and always responding when we needed help during our stay.

Maison idéalement située à Porticcio, à deux pas de la plage et des commerces (belle offre de produits de bouche). Accès facile à Ajaccio, avec de superbes couchers de soleil sur la baie et proximité de la plage d'Argent.La maison est climatisée, la cuisine très bien équipée (électroménager haut de gamme, vaisselle pour 8). Idéale pour une famille, un peu moins pour deux familles réunies : une seule vraie salle de bain, plus une petite salle d'eau vieillotte, et le lit superposé convient aux enfants/pré-ados mais pas aux grands ados.Bien isolée du bruit des bars de plage (actifs jusqu'à 2h) : rien ne s'entend à l'intérieur. Seul bémol, un entrepôt en contrebas est bruyant en semaine de 8h à 10h, ce qui peut gêner un petit-déj sur la terrasse (sans impact à l'intérieur). Les repas en terrasse sont bien protégés du soleil.Petits manques : un parasol pour le salon de jardin de la piscine, et pas mal de fourmis autour du coin terrasse (pourtant parfait au coucher du soleil).Johann est très réactif et sympathique, le jardin magnifique et le voisinage calme.

La vue mer est fabuleuse (de l’extérieur et de l’intérieur, de jour comme de nuit).Le jardin est magnifique et permet de n’avoir aucun vis à vis. La piscine est très appréciable.Tous les repas peuvent se faire en extérieur vue mer donc top.La maison est grande. Le centre de Porticcio se fait facilement à pied. Bref, vacances en famille qui a contenté tout le monde !!!

Merveilleux séjour en famille

Nous avons passé de très belles vacances en famille, la maison est vraiment très agréable et confortable. La vue est splendide, sans oublier le jardin très bien entretenu ainsi que la piscine. Nous recommandons la maison et son emplacement à proximité des plages et des commerces.

Un superbe séjour

Nous sommes enchantés de notre séjour . La propriété est magnifique ainsi que la vue sur la mer . Bien situé, nous avons pu nous déplacer facilement à pied . Les enfants ont particulièrement apprécié la piscine.
