Large two-room apartment, consisting of a large living room with a two-seater sofa, a large fully equipped American kitchen, a windowed bathroom with shower, a double bedroom with large closet and television. Outside there is a large terrace with a garden table. a second service terrace used as a laundry.
The apartment is equipped with dishwasher, washing machine, air conditioning and satellite TV with Sky decoder, hairdryer, iron, water reserve.
The penthouse has a wide view of the mountains and a part of the country, being at the top has excellent privacy.
In a few minutes walk you go down to the center without having to use the car.
Attention we require a cash security deposit of € 200.00 at check-in which will be returned at check-out

Perfect stay

Superb, clean, modern apartment perfectly situated in a lovely town. The terrace sets it above other properties with lovely views and total privacy. Cannot fault the stay and Villasimius is a beautiful vibrant town to stay in with stunning local beaches. Highly recommended.

In dieser wunderschönen Wohnung haben wir uns von Anfang an sehr wohl gefühlt. Alles war blitzsauber und mit so viel Liebe zum Detail ausgestattet. Es hat uns an nichts gefehlt. Die Küchenausstattung hat uns beeindruckt. Das kannten wir so bisher noch nie. Die Lage war ideal um das schöne Villasimius zu Fuß in wenigen Minuten zu erkunden. Traumstrände sind mit dem Auto in wenigen Minuten erreichbar. Der Kontakt war herzlich, und dass wir flexibel an- und abreisen durften, war ein großes Plus. Vielen lieben Dank dafür. Auch bei einem kleinen Missverständnis mit dem Biomüll, der an unserem Abreisetag vom Entsorgungsunternehmen nicht gut geleert wurde, wurde sehr freundlich reagiert. Vielen Dank für die wunderschönen 15 Tage und die schöne Zeit – wir kommen gerne wieder!

Siamo stati accolti con La nostra vacanza a Villasimius è stata davvero piacevole. L’appartamento era molto pulito, con camere adeguate e una cucina ben fornita che ci ha permesso di gestirci in totale autonomia. Il punto forte è stato il terrazzo con una vista splendida su Villasimius e sulle montagne, che ha reso i nostri momenti di relax ancora più speciali. Lo staff è stato sempre cordiale e disponibile. Consigliamo questa struttura a chi cerca comfort, tranquillità e un’ottima base per vivere al meglio Villasimius.

Schöne Unterkunft in Villasimius

Wir haben eine sehr schöne Woche im Penthouse von Isabella verbracht. Der Check-in und auch die Informationen im Vorfeld waren hervorragend. Wir fühlten uns sehr gut betreut. Das Apartment selbst ist äußerst nett und modern eingerichtet. Es hat uns an nichts gefehlt. Unser Lieblingsplatz war die große Terrasse, wo es sich bestens frühstücken und dinnieren lässt. Die Wohnung liegt fußläufig zum Ortskern und auch alle schönen Strände in der Umgebung sind binnen weniger Minuten mit dem Auto zu erreichen. Uns hat der Strand von Campulongu und Porto Giunco am besten gefallen, aber das ist sicherlich Geschmackssache. Unbedingt auch den Agriturismo Sa Bingia ausprobieren. Absolute Empfehlung! Danke an Isabella und Nicola vor Ort

Io e il mio ragazzo abbiamo soggiornato per 13 notti in questa struttura.. devo dire che siamo stati molto soddisfatti.. l’appartamento è molto bello e dispone di tutti i comfort , la posizione è ottima, a due passi si può raggiungere il centro di Villasimius. Isabella, la proprietaria è stata molto gentile e disponibile per qualsiasi cosa. Se dovessimo tornare a Villasimius ci torneremmo sicuramente, per questo lo consiglio.

Unser Aufenthalt

Die Lage war günstig und das Apartment selbst geräumig, sauber und gut ausgestattet. Die Einrichtung war ansprechend und komfortabel. Highlight ist der tolle Balkon. Das Personal war freundlich und hilfsbereit, und der Check-in und out verlief reibungslos. Ein kleines Manko war, dass es manchmal laut war, aufgrund ständigen Hundegebells in der Nachbarschaft. Die Hunde bellen wirklich jede nacht durch und wir sind ständig aufgewacht. Da kann aber natürlich das Apartment nichts dafür. Insgesamt hatte ich einen sehr angenehmen Aufenthalt und würde dieses Apartment anderen Reisenden empfehlen, die nach einer komfortablen, schönen und gut gelegenen Unterkunft suchen.

Schöne DG-Wohnung für 2

Das Apartment entspricht genau der Beschreibung. Es ist alles vorhanden, was man benötigt. Beim TV muss man allerdings wissen, das kein SAT-TV möglich ist. Zumindest war das bei uns so. Ansonsten fanden wir die Lage sehr gut: Eher am Ortsrand von Villasimius und dennoch ist man schnell zu Fuß im Zentrum.

Wunderschöner Urlaub in Villasimius

Wir haben 11 Tage in dieser wunderschönen, sehr gut ausgestatteten, Ferienwohnung verbracht. Absolutes Highlight für uns war die Dachterrasse mit Blick über Villasimius. Schlüsselübergabe verlief völlig problemlos, auch wenn unser Flug erst spätabends landete. Durch netten E-Mail Kontakt mit Isabella und vor Ort-Betreuung durch Francesca konnten alle Fragen geklärt werden. In gut 5 Minuten ist man zu Fuß in der liebenswerten Innenstadt, Strand ist etwas weiter weg aber auch gut zu Fuß zu erreichen. Alles in allem eine absolut empfehlenswerte Ferienwohnung.

Io e il mio compagno abbiamo alloggiato una settimana in questa casa bellissima. È completa di qualsiasi cosa, pulitissima, la posizione è comoda per arrivare in centro paese anche a piedi.
