Traumhaft

Tolles Haus! Die Betten sind bequem, die Küche gut ausgestattet und alles ist sehr sauber. Es gibt oben 2 Schlafzimmer und unten eins. Auf jeden Stockwerk ist ein Badezimmer. Gerade wenn man mit größeren Kindern reist, ist es toll, dass Eltern und Kinder ein eigenes Bad haben :-). Die Aussicht ist traumhaft und mit dem Auto ist man schnell im Ort, wo es viele Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und gute Restaurants gibt. Der Kontakt mit Barbara war sehr nett und unkompliziert. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt! Tipp für die kältere Jahreszeit: Hausschuhe mitnehmen, der Boden ist kalt.

Familienurlaub mit Hund

Dad Haus hat alles was man braucht, toller Ausblick, Komfort, Garten und Ausstattung. Zum Strand und Essen fährt man eine kurvige Straße runter, zum Wandern kann man direkt vom Haus starten. Viel Platz drinnen und draußen. Nette Vermieterin. Da in der Gegend allgemein enge Straßen und Parkplätze sind, wäre ein kleineres Auto besser. Aber auch mit dem großen Transporter hat es gut geklappt.

Belle maison confortable avec belle vue

Nous avons sejourné avec mon mari et nos trois ado fin aout. La maison est jolie et moderne (plus que sur les photos même !), d'une propreté irréprochable. Vue magnifique, terrasse très grande, moustiquaire à toutes les fenêtres, Il y a même un lave linge, super pour ne pas trop s'encombrer ! matelas récents et confortables. Barbara est vraiment adorable, ce qui est appréciable !. Points négatifs : la maison est un peu loin des commodités, et difficile d'accès pour une grosse voiture (sinon c'est bon); Le point le plus embêtant a été l'absence de climatisation, car tombés en pleine canicule, la chaleur était insupportable et la température trop élevée à l'intérieur pour parvenir à dormir et ce malgré les ventilateurs (un à disposition, nous avions apporté les autres). En tous les cas, maison vraiment agréable malgré les nuits trop chaudes, et merci à Barbara pour son accueil et sa gentillesse !

Sehr schönes Haus

Das Haus entspricht genau den Fotos. Es ist sehr gepflegt und sauber. Uns hat die Lage - etwa 250 m oberhalb von Sestri Levante - sehr gut gefallen. Zum einen ist der weite Blick auf Landschaft und Meer wunderschön, zum anderen ist es dort oben immer etwa 2 Grad kühler als unten im Ort. Das Haus selbst bietet alles, was man für den Urlaub benötigt. Die Betreuung durch Barbara und ihre Tochter war wirklich ausgesprochen nett. Hierfür noch einmal herzlichen Dank. Der Ort Sestri Levante selbst hat uns auch sehr gut gefallen. Die Altstadt direkt am Strand ist sehr schön und abends immer voller Leben. Auch als Ausgangspunkt für eine Besichtigung von Genua, Pisa, Lucca etc. bietet sich Sestri Levante gut an. Wir können das Haus unbedingt weiterempfehlen. Dass man die unten im Tal verlaufende Autobahn immer etwas hört, hat uns nicht weiter gestört. Am lautesten sind ohnehin die Zikaden…
