Located in Moconesi, Villa Ca dei gruppi offers 350 sqm of space for up to 7 guests in 4 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms. Enjoy a fully equipped kitchen, high-speed Wi-Fi ideal for video calls, a dedicated workspace, TV, fan, washing machine, and mountain views. There are no indoor cameras.
Families will find baby cots, games, and books available. Guests can also enjoy a tasting of our own extra virgin olive oil and wine. Shared gym equipment is also available.
Outdoors, relax in the private garden, use the barbecue, dine in the spacious covered area, or unwind on the large open terrace and two covered terraces.
The villa provides 4 parking spaces, a shared bike storage, and an electric car charging station (10 kW max). Pets are welcome for an extra fee, but smoking is not allowed.
The coastal towns of Chiavari, Lavagna, Sestri Levante, Rapallo, Santa Margherita, and Portofino with their equipped beaches are easily accessible. Genoa, with its historic center, aquarium, and port, is within reach. The Cinque Terre can be visited by train from Sestri Levante or by boat. A tennis court is just a 5-minute walk away.
