The Beach house is a relaxed family home available for rental with 3 bedrooms (2 double beds and 2 single beds). The location is directly on fantastic Denneville Beach, which has golden sands and is uncrowded even in summer. The house faces the beach with uninterrupted panoramic views of the sea and the island of Jersey from the house/ There is central heating and a double glazed conservatory so the house is warm all year. The beach has a gentle slope and is safe for children. You can also bring your dog (please ask first)

We have a private garden in the Dunes overlooking the beach and sea, watch the sunset!

Traumhafte Lage direkt am Meer

Wunderbarer Ort zur Erholung. Fantastischer Meerblick. Fantastische Lage. Ausstattung besser als in der Anzeige !!!! Abgeschlossenes Grundstück und Garage zum Abstellen der Fahrräder ist perfekt. Zahlreiche Modernisierungsmaßnahmen und Ausstattungsverbesserungen sind erfolgt. Alles vorhanden, was man für einen erholsamen und angenehmen Urlaub braucht. Wir haben uns rundum wohlgefühlt !!!!

Bel endroit, belle découverte.

On a beaucoup apprécié l’emplacement et la simplicité du logement tout en ayant le confort nécessaire… Certains le jugeront sûrement vétuste, mais il y règne l’esprit de l’époque et ce qui fait le charme de ce logement…un havre de paix en Cotentin.

Traumhafte Lage direkt am Meer

Das Haus liegt direkt am Meer in einem eingezäunten Grundstück, zu dem ein Teil der Düne direkt am Meer gehört. Eine nicht zu toppende Lage! Das Haus selbst und einige der Möbel sind in die Jahre gekommen. Eine Renovierung des Bades würden wir empfehlen. Bemühungen das Haus zu modernisieren sind nicht zu übersehen. Die Betten sind sehr gut, die Ausstattung der Küche ebenso. TV und WLAN funktionieren einwandfrei.
