The Cocoonr/Book&Pay agency offers for rent this charming 75 m² house, which can accommodate up to 5 people, is located 300 m from the beach in Denneville. It includes a pretty 85 m² living room, a fitted kitchen, three bedrooms, a shower room and a 500 m² garden. We're waiting for you!
The accommodation includes :
- A 35 m² living room with sofa, TV and fireplace
- Fully-equipped kitchen with electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob, etc.
- Bedroom 1: queen-size bed (160×200)
- Bedroom 2: queen-size bed (160×200)
- Bedroom 3: single bed (90×190)
- Bathroom with shower
- Separate WC
- Pets accepted, for a supplement of €15/stay (only one pet accepted), please specify when booking.
For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment : barbecue, high chair, washing machine, cot, iron and ironing board.
Outside :
- A 25 m² south-facing terrace with furniture to enjoy the fine weather.
- A beautiful 500 m² private garden
The house is ideally located in Denneville, in a very pleasant environment. All essential shops, boutiques, restaurants, bars and markets are close by.

If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the house's private car park, which can accommodate up to 2 vehicles.
