The apartment:
This apartment is located in an old building: from the entrance you access an interior courtyard with two staircases; going up the one on the right you reach the lift that takes you to the apartment. After reaching the top floor you have to go up a few more stairs that lead to the attics of the building.
Renovated with care and attention to the smallest detail, this 25m2 dwelling maximises light and space to offer its guests maximum comfort. It can accommodate a total of 4 people: two on the sofa bed located in the living room on the ground floor and two in the bedroom on the upper floor.
The ground floor is an open-plan space that integrates the living room, kitchen and dining room. Going up some metal stairs you access the bedroom, equipped with a comfortable double bed, and a spacious bathroom with shower.
The open layout of the spaces on both floors provides brightness and spaciousness, whilst simultaneously creating an elegant and welcoming atmosphere.
The cot is subject to availability. Please notify us with a maximum of 5 days' notice.
It has air conditioning in all rooms of the apartment.
Upon exiting the lift, you need to go up one floor by stairs to reach the accommodation.

IMPORTANT: This apartment is only offered for seasonal rentals, in accordance with article 3 of the Urban Leases Act (LAU). Clients will sign a seasonal rental contract upon arrival.
Online check-in is mandatory in accordance with current regulations and must be carried out through the MitHouse app/webapp. During this process, the MRZ band of each guest's identity document will be read to extract the data required by the authorities. It will be essential to have a mobile device and internet on the phone to access the apartment.
For stays longer than 28 days, a deposit of €1,000 will be required, refundable at the end of the stay if no damage occurs to the accommodation.
Respect: In order to ensure good cohabitation and respect for neighbours and residents, this apartment may be equipped with a 24-hour noise monitoring system. Guests are obliged to comply with the established quiet hours at all times.
In case of arriving after 19:00, remember to call at least 30 minutes in advance to ensure that someone is available to receive you directly at the apartment for key handover.
Important: all check-ins to be carried out between 21:00 and 02:00 have an additional cost of €70 to be paid in cash to the person who receives you at the apartment.
Please contact our team 48 hours before your arrival and carefully follow the instructions made available to you at all times. It will be essential to have a mobile device with call service. On your check-in day, you must contact our team 30 minutes before your arrival so we can coordinate the key handover.
MIT House is not responsible for any delay in apartment entry due to failure to complete said prior process.
Access to the apartment: this apartment is located within the Area called MADRID CENTRAL with restricted access to vehicular traffic. Please note that to access the apartment by private vehicle you must have the corresponding authorisation from the municipal General Directorate of Traffic (DGT). Otherwise you will only be able to access the apartment on foot, or by public transport, taxi or VTC. MIT House is not responsible for any municipal fines in this regard.
