The apartment decoration is ideal, quality furniture and great elegance in pastel tones, with great attention to all the small details to make it a comfortable and very practical place. A king size double bed of 1.80 cm, convertible to 2 single beds. Fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher and washer-dryer in addition to all small appliances.
An apartment with air conditioning, and protected with Climalit windows, quiet, and warm. Equipped with internet and the latest audiovisual technology, smart TV and 3D. A real luxury that you won't find anywhere else. This apartment does not have private parking. However, you will find a public car park about 50 metres from the apartment.

Location was great and easily accessible. Beautiful area of the city.
Some of the furnishings and fixtures are not sturdy and have minor problems. Handles, trash cans, shower hardware.

Not very welcoming and not helpful
Nice appartement in Nice part of the city.
It wasn't that much clean. Hairs on the floor... Smoked cigarettes on the terrace...
I could not leave the luggage in the apartment 2 hours longer while they were cleaning.
Before with Friendly Rentals I could. Not clientfriendly.
In other appartments in Madrid there was a welcoming package. with coffee and thinks like that. Here nothing.
Not very welcoming.
The equipment very basic.
Recently renovated is not true.
I came here before, it's becoming more older.
