This apartment is located in Lavapiés, one of the most central and traditional neighbourhoods of Madrid, in an area of popular origin that in recent times has become a reference for new generations and all those seeking an authentic, multicultural environment in full development.

Next to Tirso de Molina Square, La Latina and just 5 minutes walking from Plaza Mayor, Puerta del Sol and all the tourist points of interest in the city.

The apartment:

This apartment is located on the first floor of a building without a lift and can accommodate up to 6 people.

The living room, decorated with great taste, has a comfortable double sofa bed. The kitchen is equipped with everything you may need during your stay in Madrid.

The night area has a double bedroom and a bedroom with two single beds, both located in a mezzanine with sloping ceilings (maximum ceiling height 150 cm). The first bedroom is accessible from the living room, while the second is from the kitchen.

The bathroom has a shower.

The apartment has free WiFi internet.



The cot is subject to availability. Please notify at the latest 5 days in advance.

IMPORTANT: This apartment is only offered for seasonal rentals, in accordance with article 3 of the Urban Leases Act (LAU). Clients will sign a seasonal lease agreement upon arrival.



Respect: In order to ensure good coexistence and respect for neighbours and residents, this apartment is equipped with a 24-hour noise monitoring system. Guests are obliged to comply with the established rest hours at all times.



The check-in process involves a mandatory online registration for each guest, prior to accessing the apartment. It will be essential to have a mobile device and internet on the phone to access the apartment.

Access to the apartment: this apartment is located within the Area called MADRID CENTRAL with restricted access to road traffic. Please note that, to access the apartment by private vehicle, you must have the corresponding approval from the Municipal Traffic Directorate (DGT). Otherwise, you can only access the apartment on foot, or by public transport, taxi or VTC. MIT House is not responsible for any municipal fine in this regard.
