The spectacular position of Villa Meridiana on the white cliff of Portoferraio makes it a unique object. Before the flood, you could reach the cove below (Cala dei Frati) via a staircase, now it is only possible to do so by sea from the nearby Padulella or Ghiaie.
Very panoramic, in direct contact with the sea, you can enjoy a one-of-a-kind view.
Outdoor space to eat and rest in the shade of the large pine trees that offer permanent coolness both outside and inside the villa even during the sultry summer days.
The villa is divided into two blocks.
The first includes a living room with kitchen renovated in 2023 with large windows overlooking the sea, 2 bedrooms (one double and the other with divisible beds) and a bathroom with shower.
The second consists of 1 double bedroom with a third added bed and 1 bathroom with shower.
The first and second blocks are divided by a flooring with a sundial on which it is possible to eat outdoors.
The bathrooms will be completely renovated in 2025, the bidet will be removed and a comfortable toilet with shower will be inserted.

Important Notes:
- groups of guys under 21 years of age are not permitted
- check-in from 4.00 pm to 7.30 pm and check-out by 10.00 am; fee for late check-in after 8.00 pm € 50.00
- pets allowed with a cleaning supplement of 30 euros (maximum 1 animal)
- deposit (mandatory): 1000,00 euros; refunded at the end of the stay after check the condition of the property (if paid in cash it will not be returned before 3.00 pm)
- * For groups of guys under 25 years of age the deposit will be increased by 500 euros per apartment.
- bed linen and towels not included: it can be added at a cost of 20.00 euros per person (to be requested at the time of booking) or it can be brought from home; not bookable on site
