Overview
Villa Aetos is located in Fiscardo Region, Kefalonia. This detached
vacation rental property offers air-conditioning, Free Wi-Fi and sleeps
up to 8 people (6 Adults and 2 Children) with 3 Bedrooms and 3
Bathrooms. There is a private pool (South-West Facing) with barbecue
and Sea views. Walking distance to the Restaurants.
Layout

The front door opens into an open plan kitchen/dining and lounge area
on the ground floor. From the living room there are French windows to a
shaded balcony terrace, overlooking the private swimming pool and sea
views beyond. Leading off from the living room are two bedrooms, both
doubles, each with an en suite shower room and private balcony.
Upstairs is a twin bedroom with en suite and private balcony.

Living Room
The living room is air-conditioned and has a Satellite TV, ornamental
fireplace, dining area, comfortable sofas, DVD Player and Free Wi-Fi.
There are patio doors to the pool terrace with Sea views.

Kitchen
The kitchen features a toaster, coffee maker, washing machine,
dishwasher, microwave, refrigerator, stove/hob and oven. There is also
a barbecue outside.

Kefalonia first time of many

Great great great. Exactly what was listed. Fantastic quiet setting overlooking a breathtaking view. Great location in proximity to Myrtos beach. Great local restaurant, Vergas does a lamb on the spit Tuesday and Saturday must see and taste. My family had a great time. Thank you!!!

Incredible View and Pool

It was lovely to have a private villa stay. The pool and views are absolutely gorgeous and instructuons to arrive were clear. The villa is spacious and the faxilities to cook were good. There is such hige potential in this accommodation. We had some issues, little privacy due to the maintenance man coming daily at 6pm and staying until 8pm, even asking us to leave the pool so he could maintain it. This was even after us contacting Agni Travel and requesting him to come early morning instead. The house was also, unfortunately very dirty with dirty litchen and utemsils we had to clean everything before use, even the bed covers had a blood stain and were ripped. We reported these issues and theanager kindly offered us a complemwntary meal at the Taverna at the top of the road. Their food and hospitality were outstanding. As we only stayed 4 nights there was no opportunity to address the problems we encountered. The pool and views maxe the stay worthwhile and as noted the villa had such amazing potential, unfortunately we felt we didn't really experience true value for money due to the issues we experienced.

La vue est certes très belle mais le logement est très spartiate. Il a besoin d’une bonne rénovation.Il manque de la vaisselle pour vivre convenablement (3 bols pour 5, pas d’éplucheur à légumes, pas de saladier…), il manque aussi des sets de table. Et je passe les nombreuses fourmis qui arrivent dans les placards.La literie est désastreuse, surtout dans la chambre du haut.Bref, à plus de 420/nuit, cela a un très mauvais rapport qualité/prix. Vous pouvez trouver bien mieux pour ce prix, voire moins cher. Nous sommes très déçus.

We have just spent a week in the beautiful villa Aetos, everything was perfect from the description to the directions to find the villa. It was spotless with everything we needed to enjoy our stay. The local taverna is literally a two minute walk up the drive and the staff are fantastic and the food is great

A fabulous memoru

We were overwhelmed by the view from the villa, truly breathtaking. The pool was beautiful - and really clean, it was cleaned thoroughly every two days. The AC was very welcome and the villa had everything we needed. The local Tavernas, one up the toad and one a short walk into the village were both superb. This was a celebration for my 50th and the memory of it will stay with us all forever. Spectacular!

super Urlaub mit perfekter Aussicht

Das Haus ist absolut super! Der Ausblick ist toll, der Pool, der Grill, alles ist perfekt. Man hat wirklich seine Ruhe, da man keine direkten Nachbarn hat. Nur einen Katzensprung entfernt befindet sich aber trotzdem ein sehr leckeres Restaurant. Die Kommunikation mit der Agentur war unkompliziert und auch die Schlüsselübergabe verlief stressfrei. Die Betten und Bäder waren sauber und bequem. Einzig die Sauberkeit der Küche ist zu bemängeln. Sie war ziemlich klebrig und wir haben alles zuerst nochmal gespült, was wir benutzt haben. Und der Fön, der vorhanden war, war leider kaputt. Das war für uns aber okay und wir haben den Urlaub in vollen Zügen genossen.

We had a great stay at the villa Aetos. The villa itself and especially the location are fantastic. You have total privacy and a lot of space. We loved the sunsets and the amazing starry sky in the night. In the villa there is everything you need. The beds were comfortable and there is a lot of space for the clothes. We missed some cushions for the chairs outside and some more flowers and trees in the garden would have made the place even more stunning. The pool was clear and clean and very refreshing. We will come back for sure!
