10 minutes from Vale do lobo and quinta do lago beaches, 15 minutes to Vilamoura. the highest quality and a sensible rental price, if your hiring a car this is perfect and to be honest Uber Taxis are fantastic in the area.

Muito bem recebidos. O contacto com o anfitrião impecável, inexcedível. A casa tem as comodidades necessárias. Apenas um pormenor em falta: a mesa que se encontra no pátio do andar superior nas trazeiras deveria estar no pátio da entrada com cadeiras ( excelente - e aconselho - seria ter nessa entrada em frente à pequena piscina uma mesa para 6 pessoas com as respectivas cadeiras a fim de permitir pequenos almoços e lanches com maior comodidade pois fica perto da cozinha). Apenas este pormenor em falta...no restante, TUDO EXCELENTE.

Semi-detached house in reasonable condition. Two or three infiltrations/humidity; lack of lamps in the bathroom of the master bedroom, in the living room, in the kitchen and with many flaws in the garden where the barbecue is. Poorly cleaned basement rooms (with spiders inside the rooms) and leftover clothes (socks) behind the bed. In the kitchen there was only 1 pan (!!!) and we had to ask for it to be cleaned in the middle of the stay (which happened immediately, as well as the delivery of more pans). The fridge in the garden was all dirty inside and there must have been garden dishes in the cupboards. For the price that is asked at that place (it's not at Quinta do Lago...) we would suggest that at least put an outdoor table and respective chairs - at least for 8 people - on the front porch (which is close to the kitchen, as usual). the rest have the neighboring houses. There should be more lights in the back garden. The house keeper was always very attentive and available. As for the price, for a house located in an urbanization without any support, neither reception, nor cafe by the pool, it is too much high, and therefore not justifiable.
The villa itself was in a great location and was laid out perfectly for our families needs. The check in process and communication with owner was faultless. The Villa was over priced compared with other people we spoke to that we’re staying in the same style of villa. We were disappointed with the maintenance of the villa. The shower on the ground floor had to be held together with duck tape and the plug for the bath was broken and a universal plug had been left but it had to be held in place with a sucker that we had to prise open with a knife. The kitchen only had one light working and after a week of waiting one bulb was replaced to give us 2 out of 4 bulbs working. The windows and some of the furniture in the basement were covered in cobwebs, the bathroom in the basement had had a leak and was still waiting to be fixed so the door didn’t shut or lock which wasn’t ideal. We arrived on the Friday and were advised that someone was coming to fix it on the Tuesday, which didn’t happen. We weren’t able to use the outside kitchen as it was filthy and clearly hadn’t been used or cleaned for ages. My daughters pillowcase had a stain on it that looked like blood. I have photos to back up my comments if you wanted these. I feel that for the price we paid for the villa was overpriced for the condition that it was presented to us in. We have holidayed in the area over the last 16 years and we have stayed in cheaper better maintained villas.
