Large apartment consisting of a living room, bedroom, en-suite bathroom and kitchenette. The large windows and French windows allow access to the balcony which directly overlooks the sea. The apartment has two entrances, one from inside the structure and the other totally independent. It is located on the -1 floor and is accessed from the main entrance of the building passing in front of the reception or via the second entrance located near the external stairs. The apartment is perfect for a family of four. From the landing you can reach the beach or the main terrace directly with the lift or via the external stairs.
