Three bedrooms, sleeps 5 to 6 person. 2 Bathrooms, fully equipped kitchen,very large verandas. Hot spot is the lovely 4 X 6 meters pool facing the sea.The best time is with full moon in the veranda having a nice glass of wine and listen to jazz music...

Lovely Leros.

We had an amazing stay at the Villa. It was spacious and airy with ceiling fans and air conditioning to most of the bedrooms and a wonderful refreshing breeze off the terrace into the living area. The views over the bay and yachts is breathtakingly beautiful and coves a short drive away are crystal clear and almost deserted. Finally the beautiful swimming pool and terraced landscaping buzzing with bees and birds made a memorable holiday on Leros.

Great amenities, superb view and location

This is a well appointed home with all the conveniences and a stunning view of the sea. The location is just a few minutes from the port essentially in between Agia Marina and Lakkia. There are several very good restaurants located within 5 minutes in Pandeli and Vromolithos. Gregory the owner was very attentive throughout the engagement and even sent a taxi to guide us in our rental cars to the property to ensure we made it to the home without any difficulty. Leros is a very unique island given its history and this is a great place from which to navigate from on daily excursions as well as simply stay home and enjoy.

Great host, great house

It was a great and honest experience! Communication with Greg is absolutely welcoming and caring, very friendly and available. Greg is a great host, providing lots of tips that made our stay so comfortable. Thanks a lot! The house is great aswell. Superior sunset view on the sea, modern yet traditional. Everything you might need is there. Very clean. We spend amazing times on the terrace, swimming in the pool and so on. Very quiet environment, however, charming sound of nature (goats, chickens etc). You need a scooter/car to go up the hill. Totally recommended, we will for sure come back. Feels like visiting a friend! Thank you so much!!

Amazing view, excellent host, beautiful villa. Just perfect !

We really enjoyed a fantastic week in this beautiful and comfortable villa on Leros island. The terrace and pool area offer an amazing view ... and if you wake up early, you can watch the sunrise. The house offers everything you need. And if something is missing or doesn´t work, Gregory, the host, is taking care of it immediately. He is very kind and helpful ... just a perfect host. Thanks a lot !

Wir hatten einen traumhaften Aufenthalt, die Villa ist perfekt über dem Ort gelegen, sodass man am Morgen den Sonnenaufgang beobachten kann und einen tollen Überblick über die Bucht hat. Der Gastgeber Gregory kümmert sich sehr um seine Gäste und ist immer für Fragen da. Alles perfekt, genau wie wir es gesucht haben

Unforgettable experience

Wow, this house is magical. The views are spectacular, the natural surroundings are beautiful and its location guarantees privacy and tranquility. It is also full quirky art, books and a well stocked music library making it a home rather than a bland holiday rental. Greg was an amazing host, giving us lots of useful local information, arranging car hire (delivered directly to our door) and ensuring there was food and drink on arrival. I don’t want to say more as I feel like I’ve already given away the secret of this idyllic hideaway! I’ll be back. Thanks so much for a wonderful stay.

Geschmackvolles Haus mit grandioser Aussicht

Wir haben 11 Nächte in Greg Thomas Haus verbracht. Das Haus ist wunderschön und sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Das Haus verfügt über eine riesige Terrasse mit einer superschönen Aussicht. Das Haus wird gekühlt von zwei Klimaanlagen in den Schlafzimmern so dass man wunderbar schlafen konnte. Am Tage sorgte der Pool für Abkühlung - besonders wenn man an den Rand schwamm, bot sich eine grandiose Aussicht, so dass das Gefühl eines vollkommenden Urlaubes entstand. Die Insel Leros ist eine entzückende kleine Insel. Jede Straße, jede Kurve bietet einen neuen Ausblick auf das tiefblaue Meer - einfach nur schön. Der Vermieter ist sehr bemüht um seine Gäste und sein Haus super sauber. Es ist zwar nicht ganz billig aber jeden Euro wert. Vielen Dank Greg Thomas!!! Wir kommen gerne wieder!!!

A little gem with an amazing view

We have spent a week in July in the wonderful house of Gregory. The house is simply perfect and offer everything you need for a great time in Leros. The view, the pool, the peaceful area, the situation on the island, the furniture and the tasteful decoration style, it's difficult not to be satisfy about it. Gregory is very reactive and will answer to all your questions. We will definitely be back in if we come back in Leros one day.

just had a month in this wonderful villa,the view is amazing and the Villa is perfectly set up.We are a family with 3 young children and it was everything we wanted.The beds have great mattresses and there were good fans in all the rooms.Also the pool was great.Although small the pool has lovely views,and allows us to spend time more time in the villa when hot.Our host Greg was really attentive and nothing too was too much trouble.We will be back thanks.

We felt in heaven but were in Leros :-). From the moment we arrived, we felt at home in this wonderful house. A view on the sea right from the swimming pool or from the terrace, very well equipped kitchen, clean in all little corners, towel switch in the middle of the week, stars at night, combined with a night swim, very helpful host, ... We would certainly recommended this house to people wanting to enjoy their holiday for 200% . We'll be back !! Thanks Gregory for your kindness and help before and during our stay. Fabulous!

What a stunning house. The view from the huge terrace is even better than the photographs show, ever changing during the day and amazing night skies. Swimming at night listening to the crickets and looking at the stars was very special. The house is simple but comfortable with every room having a view and all that you need and more. Our host was attentive to our every need but never intrusive. Thank you for a memorable holiday.
