Lives up to our expextations

The view of the Lake from the porch. The garden and pool area is trimmed and clean. Kitchen equipment was as expected. Bed lamps in the second sleeping room. Furnitures in the livingroom are low standard and old.

Panoramen Ausblick und wunderschöne Aussenanlage

In der Wohnung fehlt ein wenig Dekoration zum wohlfühlen. Das könnte etwas freundlicher gestaltet werden. Dass es an keinen Fenster Mückengitter gibt, ist ein grosses Manko. Ansonsten haben wir uns vor allem wegen der sehr schönen Außenanlage wohl gefühlt. Der Pool ist hervorragend, der Garten wunderschön. Der Ausblick sehr schön. Die Terrasse war genial. Mückengitter / Fliegengitter anbringen

Toller Blick auf den See

Alles in allem eine schöne Unterkunft. Am besten hat uns und vor allem unseren Kindern der schöne Pool gefallen. Während unseres Aufenthalts war es sehr heiß, da kam die ein oder andere Abkühlung sehr gelegen. Der Blick von der Terrasse ist in jedem Fall sensationell! Die Anfahrt zur Anlage gestaltet sich mit größerem Auto etwas abenteuerlich, bei der zweiten oder dritten Fahrt klappt aber auch das dann wie geschmiert. Insgesamt ist das Apartment eher einfach ausgestattet. Einen Toaster haben wir auf Anfrage zur Verfügung gestellt bekommen. Im Bad fehlen definitiv Haken zum Aufhängen der Handtücher! Eine Schale für die zur Verfügung gestellte Handseife wäre schön. Auch eine Ablagemöglichkeit für Duschgel und Co. in der kleinen Dusche wäre super. Den Preis fanden wir im Verhältnis zur Leistung zu hoch. Informationen zu den Abreisemodalitäten (wohin mit den Schlüsseln, etc.) mussten wir telefonisch erfragen. Könnte man einfach in die „Welcome-Mappe“ einfügen.

Sehr schöne Anlage und Wohnung mit einigen Verbesserungspotentialen

Sehr schöne Lage Gepflegte Anlage Herrlicher Ausblick Sehr schöne Wohnung (Größe/Lage/Schnitt) Ausstattung der Küche könnte verbessert werden (z.B. Kaffeemaschine, Schneidebretter, Pfannen, etc....). Möbel auf der Terrasse teilweise schon zerrissen. Möbel in der Wohnung sehr günstig und spartanisch. Hunde sind in der Anlage erlaubt! (hatten wir bei der Buchung übersehen). Es gibt keine Klimaanlage - könnte also im Hochsommer sehr warm werden. Tiefgarage: einparken nur für geübte Fahrer.

Wohnung und die Lage super.

Die Wohnung und die Lage der Wohnung ist ein fach super. Angenehme Mitbewohner, ob Feriengäste oder Eigentümer) in der Anlage. Die Anlge ist nicht sehr groß und eingezäunt. Es gab keine Drängeleien am und im Pool. man könnte an der Badausstattung (Handtuchaufhänger) und in der Küche (Gläser, Geschirr und eine Kaffeekanne mit 10 Tassen)) noch was verbessern.

Ein schöner Familienurlaub

Die Wohnung ist gut geschnitten und man hat als 4köpfige Familie mit Söhnen im Teenageralter genügend Platz, um entspannte 14 Tage Urlaub zu verbringen. Die Terrasse ist toll und der Blick auf den See spektakulär. Auch heizt sich die Wohnung nicht so sehr auf, wie man vermuten würde, und lässt sich gut auslüften. Die gesamte Anlage ist sehr gepflegt, sehr sauber und die Tiefgarage ist ein großes Plus. Bei dem doch angehobenen Preis sollte die Ausstattung in Bad und Küche dieses Niveau widerspiegeln. Ein abgerissener Toilettenpapierrollenhalter (das Problem war bereits vor unserer Anreise bekannt und nicht behoben), das Fehlen jeglicher Möglichkeiten, Handtücher im Bad von 4 (!!!) geschweige denn 6 Personen, die in dieser Wohnung auch erlaubt wären, aufzuhängen sowie eine Toilettenbürste, die nicht dicht ist und das abgestandene Wasser auf den Boden laufen lässt, schmälern das Wohlfühlen. Die Küche ist sehr geräumig, allerdings wiederum bei einer Belegung mit 4 bzw. 6 Personen sollten auch die Küchengeräte dem entsprechen: ein Wasserkocher, der gerade mal einen Liter Wasser als Maximalkapazität erhitzt und das im Schneckentempo (!) sowie Kochgeschirr, das für einen 2 Personen-Haushalt ausreichend wäre, sind hier ebenfalls nicht schön. Gott sei Dank hat Aurora hier wenigstens sehr schnell mit dem Beschaffen eines großen Topfes (noch am Abend unserer Anreise, nochmals vielen Dank) etwas Abhilfe geschaffen. Im großen Schlafzimmer war die Schließvorrichtung einer der Aussenjalousien defekt (dies auch bereits schon vor unserer Anreise und notdürftig geflickt), so dass man die Aussenjalousie hier leider nur bedingt nutzen konnte. Zu guter Letzt muss leider auch die mittelmäßige bis schlechte Reinigung bei einem Preis von 100 € erwähnt werden. Alles in allem eine schöne Wohnung, wir kommen gerne wieder, würden uns aber freuen, wenn die oben genannten Punkte behoben werden würden.
