Bei meinem ersten Aufenhalt vor zwei Jahren war alles bestens. Dieses Mal war eine Katastrophe.

An diesem Aufenthalt hat mir gefallen das zu mindest VERSUCHT wurde zu helfen. Ansonsten Katastrophe... Sorry.. Personal sehr Nett, und versucht was zu tun... Aber in unserem Zimmer ging nichts, nicht mal der Fernseher.. Und trotz Beschwerde sofort vor Ort, wurde( ausser) einem Zimmerwechsel.. der dann doch nicht möglich war..(gut war Sail) kein entgegenkommen. Licht funktioniert nur eingeschränkt im Zimmer,kein Rauchmelder, eine von 2gemeintschafts bädertüren nur mit Gewalt schließt Art.

Das Zimmer selbst war in der 1. Etage. Sauber und aufgeräumt. Keine Verdunklung des Fensters möglich. Die Badsituation war bekannt und erträglich (Badezimmerteppich war nass) Der Blick aus dem Fenster allerdings war ziemlich heruntergekommen.

Altbau, Silberfischchen, Lärm

Das Apartement liegt in einem Altbau, der von außen abereits deutlich bessere Tage erlebt hat. Beim Check In musste telefonisch informiert werden, dann warten , aufdas ein Mitarbeiter zum Objekt kommt. Vor Ort sollte kassiert werden, da ich vorab gezahlt hatte bot dies Anlass zur Diskussion. Freundlichkeit ist nicht oberstes Gebot des Personals. Der Eingang zum Gebäude ist durch eine schwere Stahltür gesichert, die am ehesten an den Eingang einer JVA erinnert. Die Treppen sind typisch steiler, hölzerner Altbau, knarzen herrlich, mit Koffern bepackt ist das tägliche Workout danach fast erledigt. Durch eine weitete Tür gelangt man in die Wohnung, diese ist renoviert, verfügte über zwei Gemeinschaftsbäder, eine Gemeinschaftsküche aus deren Fenster man in einen recht dreckigen innenhof blickt. WLAN und TV waren außer Funktion, haben sich scheinbar der sonstigen Servicemoral angeschlossen. Vom Flur aus gehen die einzelnen, zum Glück abschließbaren, Apartements ab. Vor dem Zimmerfenster lag der an das Nachbarapartement angebunde Balkon, so konnten die Nachbarn vom Balkon aus bequem durch unser Fenster direkt zu uns hinein sehen... in der ersten Nacht begrüßte mich im Bad ein Silberfischchen, das munter über den Boden krabbelte. Am Abend der zweiten Nacht hatten wir Mitbewohner bekommen, eine Gruppe dreier Männer. Der jüngste schien genervt von seinen Mitreisenden, so wie wir auch. Zu zwei Mann wurde derart gegröhlt und getrampelt, klang wie die 6. Armee auf Marsch ins Manöver.
